““My time at Eureka Veterinary Clinic was amazing! I was there for their internship program and it was such a great experience to have. I learned valuable things and learned what a career in veterinary care would look like. I got the opportunity to work with the animals brought in to the clinic which was the best part. The building was clean and very welcoming to any animal and person that came in. Overall it was just an amazing environment there.””

It was hard to find a vet that would see a hedgehog, but they were happy to. Dr. Coffman was knowledgeable and her staff was amazing and kind. “My horse managed to stick a t post through his shoulder yesterday. I called every vet in Central Illinois with no luck at all. We called equine medical and Dr. Adam's agreed to drive from Missouri to stitch my boy. she made sure to point out everything and explained the entire process. she was extremely friendly to both me and my horse. I definitely recommend her for anything!”

“We've been happy with the care our animals have received since changing to this practice (for reference, our last practice was bought out by a National company who couldn't manage to pay enough to get a permanent vet). The doctors we've encountered genuinely care about animals - it's clear from the care they provide. We have two large dogs and a cat. The cat has required surgery for large bladder stones of unusual composition. The doctor tried many other things before deciding surgery was necessary. I felt that she was working hard to do the best for our cat while trying not to spend more of our money than was necessary (ie - she didn't recommend surgery right out of the gate; there were other options to try first and she felt it made sense to try those first). My reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is this: one of the techs didn't believe I knew what I was talking about when I brought our golden retriever in for an ear infection. She dismissed my description of his symptoms by saying, 'That's ear wax.' It wasn't. I think it's a valuable lesson for that tech, though.... They need to recognize that we know our pets best, and can provide valuable information when we bring our pets in for treatment!”
“Dr. Szakowski is such a great vet. She has been working with me to help figure out my cats food for his pancreatitis flare ups and how to get him to eat more and put back on some weight. She responds to phone inquiries quickly and works hard to resolve issues. The staff there is also great to work with. I highly recommend House Springs Animal Clinic.”
“I won't bring my animals anywhere else. Dr. Steinberg and Dr. Bender are so compassionate and intelligent and just good people. The entire staff is also very kind and willing to explain whatever you need explaining. Can't say enough good things about them. My dog has epilepsy and they've been so good to him and have kept him as healthy as he can be.”

“I came here for touch up laser and rehab for my working line Belgian. On her assessment, we learned she was ouchier than even I realized. The doctors and staff have been phenomenal. They answer all my questions with patience, care, and detail. They also are willing to take their time with my girl, prioritize low stress handling, and even let me introduce my other problem child dog to the facility so he’ll be more comfy when he does eventually go in for rehab. Cannot say enough about what a lovely place this is!”
