This is the absolute worst Walmart ever. I put in for grocery pick up, the app would not work for me to do actual pick up, I called multiple times and no one answered, when I went inside they couldn't find my order and when they finally did, they told me to go around to pick up. I've now been waiting for 15 minutes. When I called yet again, the woman was so rude to me on the phone. I still don't have my grocery pick up. Walmart, this is f****** embarrassing.

No one to take returns ALL day. Not enough workers, but they managed to find workers to help you BUY things, stock shelves, one to tell me they don't have enough workers and everything else, but if you buy a bad melon, they are not skilled enough to do an even exchange. I'll just buy my watch and vacuum cleaner somewhere else today! No one to even answer the phone (bc it might be about a return! Rrrrr)

Huge store! Always fresh produce, nice selection of meat, frozen fish, expansive cheese aisle. I occasionally grab some baked goods at the front of the store, too. They've made some nice updates to the layout over the last couple of years, more recently converting many of the traditional checkout lanes to two large sections of self checkout stations. They also stock my one of my favorite beers: Bud Light Chelada, and their prices can't be beaten. I don't often visit the non-grocery sections of the store, though I find that overall, it's always clean, well stocked and well organized.

Horrible customer service . Takes 4 employees to figure out that Walmart tried to charge me for the groceries for the person behind me. They need to train the employees better and provide better customer service.

If I could give this store a negative I would. I have been in customer service as crew member status up to senior management for 20 years. And I couldn't imagine talking to customers the way the employees and managers do at this location. So with covid I guess they have no staff apparently to keep the customer service desk open. When I asked what time they closed I was told it depends anywhere from 6-9 pm. Depends on the staffing. Now I've been trying for 2 months now to catch them there after I get off at 6 but am always disappointed. So I found the online start a return. Figured it might help aid in the speed of my visit. So I left work early to return stuff to the store that I started the return online. Just to have the women literally crab at me the whole time. When I apologized for her inconvenience she just got more ignorant. I said I was only trying to help by starting it online and didn't mean to cause a problem. At this point im trying my best to remain calm and after a good 25 min I wad able to leave and felt horrible cause now the line was awful and of course she is the only one there. And that was only half my stuff. I told her I would come back some other time for the rest of it. This is just one of 2 incidents in the last 2 weeks.

Worst location I've been to, first of all they close all of their doors except the far ones so don't park far away and one of the employees tried smelling my butt and taking pictures of it. WATCH OUT

Everyone who works here is rude as hell. Just left. Spent over 150 dollars and the cashier couldn't even acknowledge my existence when I greeted him and asked how he was doing. It's always crowded beyond realization. And not to mention crowded with rude people. I go to eureka Walmart, and that's exactly why. Such a shame to treat customers like total trash.

I took an item in to return but, apparently, Walmart doesn't have enough people to staff their customer service counter for returns. That's funny, they never run out of people to ring up your purchases! The more I go to Walmart the more I hate Walmart. Their prices are constantly going up but their employees never see a dime of it. I'm DONE.

Waited over 2 hours for a grocery pick up. No one knew what was going on. Went in to get it and it wasn't ready. Manager approached me in an angry manner. I was threatened to leave or they would call the police. My order was not ready even though I received a message at 4 saying it was ready. Then they didn't know how to cancel my order and refund me. They took more out of my account that what the total was. Will never go back there.

No matter how much I hate Walmart, there size & buying power creates bargains that broke me can't ignore. 32 oz body soap for $3.97. $1 French bread with "everything" on it. I admit as a child & with other family as public teachers, I HATE the owners views. Also the vulture way of dealing with small business is bad, but love the bargains because I'm broke.

Does not honor its corporate return policy. Tried to return a dvd under $25 w/o receipt and was told I could only get a store gift card. The policy specifically states you can choose between cash or a store gift card.

Horrible employee. Eureka Missouri Today after placing my groceries in my car there was a "cart guy" passing by. I said to him here you go trying to give him my cart. He replied "I DON'T WANT IT". And was dead serious! Excuse me isn't that your job???? I'm late 60's and not a 25 year old! I followed him back to the store pushing my own cart and said to him .....time to talk to your boss! Talk about getting the blood pressure up!!! Not only was he rude and not doing his job but certainly wasn't a gentleman!!! I did report him but I'm sure it won't do a bit of good.

We were there on a weeknight. The shopping experience is fine except lately product seems to be out or very low quite frequently. That's fine. However when we went to check out, there was not even 1 line open! The one open was finishing up. We were told we could use self checkout. Not with a full cart! It was 10 pm. This location is always busy and NEVER enough cashiers. I asked a manager who was talking with other capable cashiers and was told it could be a little bit. One manager was nice enough to check us out otherwise I was leaving the $180 cart. As we were checking out another gentlemen came up to ask how much longer to get help at customer service. Was told 5-10 minutes as they were all in a meeting! He had already been waiting a while. I watched people leave their carts. Ive gone to this location since they've opened and the checkout area has always been an issue from not enough, rude or incompetent. However, there's never been a shift change issue because that doesn't happen when scheduling correctly. After all of that, no apology. Apparently that's just how it goes. Couldn't do the survey online because funny, my code wouldn't work. Then I was only allowed so many words on websight. So, I'll write it here. What is sad is they really don't care as a corporation because they know they'll keep making money. I will say the other two locations I go to occasionally are much much better and I will be driving out of my way to visit.

This is the worst WalMart in the area (except Zumbel....and that's saying something). With the exception of the bakery and one blonde woman who was cleaning up in the sporting goods we encountered nothing but rudeness. From the manger who walked in front of me making me stop in my tracks and she never batted an eye at me, to the guy by the register walking down the middle of an isle making me scoot in to avoid him it was not a good visit. As we are going to the outdoor checkout a nice girl asked us if we needed help in the sporting goods, she was nice and I told her she was the nicest employee in the store. When we got to the outdoor checkout there was no one there. I mean it was a ghost town. I looked everywhere, including the hidden area they put dirt next to the street. We were either playing the strangest game of hide n seek or there was no one around. We could have stolen everything, instead we left everything at the unmanned register and walked out. This will be my last visit to this store. It's worth it to drive to a different location, in this case I bought everything from Amazon and I won't have to wait around at a register like a dummy for someone to take my money.

i recieved a call from the pharmacy tuesday advising me i had not paid for a prescription last week for my husband. i went into the store on wednesday to find out what was going on. i was told the incident actually occured on march 1. i then pulled up my bank statement showing not 1 but 2 purchases in the store that day. they looked up both transactions and i requested they watch the footage to find out what occured the night. i had worked a 16 hour night shift and then had been in the store for over an hour at that point. so when the manager finally came to the pharmacy and i was informed it would be "a while" before they would have a chance to review the footage i left. i recieved a call aproximately 5 hours later informing me that not only had i put the prescription on the belt for the cashier to scan, the cashier had scaned the rx and the computer had malfunctioned so i was not charged. i was then told i would either have to come back in to pay for the rx i thought i had already purchased, or they would send me to collections. i am still tryng to figure out how there computer malfunctioning and the video proving that is my responcibility to fix.
