These are the sweetest folks. I transferred my prescriptions here for a multitude of reasons from CVS. Walmart took time to help process a new prescription that had manufacturer rebates. CVS lost my paperwork and got snippy with me about it. I took it to Walmart and they never showed frustration and got it right. My prescriptions have always been accurate, the staff friendly and professional, they are knowledgeable about prescriptions and if they aren't sure, they help to find out and don't just brush you off. They're the most cost efficient for me too since I also have a high deductible. Very happy with them and will continue to give them my business.

Never fails. Doctor calls in script HOURS ahead. You've had a long day and just want to get home. Stop to pick up script and it's not ready.

They have a phone number, but there is no point in calling. No one answers and the system will just hang up on you. Rip into them in person at the counter, phone will not work.

I (67yrs) took my elderly mother (87 yrs) to Mercy Urgent Care at 8:00am in Eureka, MO. Saw a doctor who prescribed medication needed immediately for a painful condition. It was phoned into Walgreens, Eureka, down the road and my mother’s usual pharmacy. The pharmacy was not opened yet (9:00am opening), but waited because of the urgency of the medication. I was the only one at pharmacy window when they opened and checked in for my mother who couldn’t make it in building. I was told there was a 1 1/2 hour wait because of previously received orders online. I explained my situation and asked “if” they had the mediation. I remained the only one at pharmacy until I left. It was three pills to be taken that morning. He said they had it. I had to take my mother home to neighboring city (at least 20 minutes away) and return to get prescription. Not a happy camper!

Dont go there, I drop off precription a night before. Came in the morning, they dont even put me in the system. I had wait for 20 min after that, nothing happen. She left then make me wait more. I ask her to give the paper back to me but she left then make me wait again untill she come back

Does not honor its corporate return policy. Tried to return a dvd under $25 w/o receipt and was told I could only get a store gift card. The policy specifically states you can choose between cash or a store gift card.

i recieved a call from the pharmacy tuesday advising me i had not paid for a prescription last week for my husband. i went into the store on wednesday to find out what was going on. i was told the incident actually occured on march 1. i then pulled up my bank statement showing not 1 but 2 purchases in the store that day. they looked up both transactions and i requested they watch the footage to find out what occured the night. i had worked a 16 hour night shift and then had been in the store for over an hour at that point. so when the manager finally came to the pharmacy and i was informed it would be "a while" before they would have a chance to review the footage i left. i recieved a call aproximately 5 hours later informing me that not only had i put the prescription on the belt for the cashier to scan, the cashier had scaned the rx and the computer had malfunctioned so i was not charged. i was then told i would either have to come back in to pay for the rx i thought i had already purchased, or they would send me to collections. i am still tryng to figure out how there computer malfunctioning and the video proving that is my responcibility to fix.

It is unfair to rate WalMart stores against other types of retail stores. I use the Eureka WalMart at least weekly and normally have a good shopping experience. A few times over the years i've been told they didn't have the item i was in search of and have later (in the same trip) found it myself, but that is probably common in other WalMarts and other stores of that ilk. They are clean, well organized, friendly, and generally helpful.
