“Cashier over charged me for blowing up my 8 birthday balloons I paid 2.00 a balloon and also she charged me 2.00 to blow them up . So 4.00 a ballon never been charged that before there so hope they fix that and I didn't get receipt in my bags so could go back to talk to manager .”
