FALSE ADVERTISING: Placed an order for pick up. Said it would be ready asap. Said it would be in stock. Got a call that said they would get a delivery in the next WEEK IF I WANT TO WAIT. You can still place an order for it. Don't worry. They are out of stock, but their app LIES! They said their quantity is 0. For two different soils that would allow same day pick up. That his False advertising.
When you leave an ad up all day, when there is no stock left to sell with the message you can pick it up same day. That is the definition of false advertising. They had all day to update their site. They did not. I called and was reassured by employees who had put orders in theirs were delayed too. They would have to wait for delivery as well. But then go on the app and it STILL SAID AVAILABLE in store.

Even though the store was undergoing remodeling so the items I needed were practically buried in the back of the store, John was extremely helpful, and made multiple trips to the back to dig out what I needed, Huge thanks to John!

Westlake has a paint supervisor who was able to do what Home depot, Lowes and a couple other couldn't. He made a black primer. Was told impossible but he did it. Took his time , was very knowledgeable, kind and well mattered, courteous to me and his fellow employees. It was a pleasure to be able to havehis assistance.
