“This dealership is phenomenal. I had a very specific recall and have been in the dark for several months. I have called almost every dealer in the KC area to try to understand what my options were. Not a single one would even spend 30 seconds with me and were dismissive.
Chris, the service Guru at Robert’s-Robinson, spent time on the phone with me explaining the problem and how to resolve it. He fast tracked my approval process and got me in quickly. While in there, I had them fix another issue and was very satisfied with this as well.
The experience was absolutely top notch. I have been to almost every GM dealer in the metro, and this is head and shoulders above the rest. Don’t be afraid of the distance, they will help accommodate.

“Recently had my pickup in after hitting a deer. Everything was great except the new headlights had a manufacturing defect and the AC lost its charge after a day. Took it back and they resolved the issues even though none of them were because of their work. That's going above and beyond in my opinion. That's unheard of these days. Very much appreciated.
