Not only was my pizza wrong but I sat on hold for over an hour and still didn’t get through… they don’t seem to care much.

Ordered a burrito for breakfast. Delivery driver showed up to pick it up only to be told they're out of stock. Not the first time this has happened. They are constantly out of supplies in the kitchen or the shelves are empty.

I sent an order for a wrap and sent it to the wrong location, I sent the order to this location, and they said they didn’t have any wraps and weren’t making anymore more because and I quote “First come first serve”. If that was the case than the company needs to take the option to order it from the app off, The store was also a disaster.

I’m on hold right now.
We ordered a jalapeño popper pizza. When we showed up and then we had to wait an additional ten minutes, just for them to give us the wrong pizza.
We waited until we got home to open the box, as soon as we saw it was the wrong pizza, we made a call….here we are 40 minutes later…on hold. I guess we’ll eat this pepperoni pizza even though we paid for the specialty pizza.
I would NOT recommend this location to anyone who wants fair and honest service.
…I’m still on hold…

I’ve taken a break from ordering pizza here due to the ungodly service and horrid wait times. Tonight was the first time in over a year I gave it a shot. Ordered and paid for my pizzas on the app, arrived about 5 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. After the cashier tried giving me someone else’s order, found that my pizzas haven’t even been started yet. Now going on 45 minutes past my supposed pickup time and no sign of my pizza. Thankfully, this towns quickTrip will be open soon and hopefully it runs this meth head ran store into the ground. Unbelievable

Came in for soda and lottery tickets, paid with a card- machine asked for rewards number so I started to putting in rewards number and cashier blew and started yelling at me that he had not told me to put in number yet. Said I was sorry and he yelled at me I wish people would wait till I am ready for them. Said I am sorry again and and told him he needed to have better service and he told me if I did not like his service I could go somewhere else. And she told him she would go and he said “I hope you do” We stop there every time we are in town and buy our fuel and snacks . The store was full of people - so guess we will be changing stopping places. The cashier was Bill. Always enjoyed stopping before

Apparently the phone doesn’t work here. I held over 45 minutes with no answer. I called again and held almost 30 minutes. Is it difficult to answer the phone? The website states it is a slow time, yet the phone can’t be answered.

Ordered a pizza it's now been 2 hours and still no pizza. Trying to call to find out where it is and have been on hold for almost an hour I guess they figure you'll get tired of holding and hang up well there right to hell with this store

Went in with my 10 year old today around 1:15PM. Cashier was throwing F bombs and expressing how bad he hated the owners. Said over and over he didn’t care anymore and that if someone didn’t show up he was going to quit. Customer behind me who appears to be a manger from orilleys said he was going to call Megan and tell her how this employee felt. I hope he did know the owner and he did report this. Kids don’t need to go into an establishment and hear this kind of language and hate. Very disappointed that someone would allow this and hire these type of individuals.

It's slightly amazes me that the most popular or busy place in all of excelsior is still so shabby and falling apart. I wonder how many people's information has gotten stolen due to a "non working". Chip reader. Yet the only employee checking seven people out doesn't even attempt to use the second register that isn't broken. Having to navigate around a semi truck parked literally at the front door is quite unprofessional, all because of the delivery guy doesn't want to dolly the product in as with any other business. They always have second tier drink brands and food brands, which is why they're trying to come out with their own. Kind of wish we had a better gas station, half the time their pumps aren't even working.To be clear, this is management or ownership issues ,not employees

Who ever worked tonight inside of Casey it's dude with green hat and he is old I was playing around with my mom and he came up and hit me really hard in the back of my head and it hurt badly I am 18 year old kid this happen on 10-13-2023 at 8:23pm I will get ahold of your boss and I will make sure you will get fire dude I am handicap person idiot
