Automatic charges your card but does not turn on now I am out that money

We went through the automatic in Excelsior Springs early Friday morning and it never came on but still charged my card $10 so I guess I am out that money. Glad the new car wash by McDonald's opened this weekend!

Reasonably priced and did an adequate job for a quick clean of my car after a weekend spent on gravel roads.
