Got my oil change done on Wednesday Oct 8th and this is my second time there. First time it was great. Got my oil flushed cause they said it was black. Then I go back this time and they say my oil smelled burnt and I needed to put a oil additive for high mileage my car is a 2020 with 128,000 my car ran fine on the way home let it sit for two days. Go to start it and it's spitting and missing andengine shaking. The car was fine when I brought it there. Then I read your not suppose to put additive in my oil for my car it's not good for it. I believe it cause my car is messed up. I will be taking to a mechanic and yes you will be getting the bill. My car was fine coming in there and now it runs like crap.do not take your car here cause when they screw something up they don't want to make things right. I had to get another oil change done and the oil that came out of my car from them was black.

The gentleman named Eric was FABULOUS, I would give him 5 stars. Have no problems or issues with him. The problem is I paid $170 to have oil changed, fluids filled, and a couple of filters changed and the very next morning my check oil light is coming on and my Audi says it is now 1qt low. And this was not happening before the services. But again Eric was wonderful

First off, this is no “Valvoline-style” “sit-in-your-car-almost-as-a-captive” while a “technician” (salesman?) hovers outside your driver’s window and delivers a pushy “upsell” speech for this-and-that - far from what you brought your car in for.
The Oil Changers of Excelsior Springs MO’s manager - Richard - will listen to what you have to say, and then one of the highly-capable technicians (props to Eric, especially), or Richard himself, will diagnose your vehicle and then consult with you on what’s going on, what should be done, and what price points are available that will work within your budget (without compromising their service or repair efforts).
What a refreshing change from the McDonald’s drive-through” style, or the crowded, pricey, and somewhat detached experience one gets from some of the oil change and repair shops around the area.
Richard and The Team are professional, helpful, skilled and pleasant. What’s not to like?
Oil Changers Inc. can feel really good about Richard, Eric, and the rest of The Team at this location for working with them. Kudos.

The team was great. Quick, friendly and worked well together. They helped with an issue getting a document for my wife’s car very quickly as we needed to get back to the DMV. Then I brought my car back. Fantastic both times.
