Trey was the best. He took time to walk down with me and review the inventory when I was first looking at the used stock. When I switched my focus to new he presented me with great options to fit my need. Once I made the choice he was helpful in going over the specifics of the vehicle and helped with initial setup.

Best car buying experience hands down! And we’ve bought a quite few vehicles now. Pricing is very competitive compared to other dealers in the KC area. Red was fantastic and so easy to work with. We were even able to negotiate in having them deliver the vehicle to grain valley for us. And to pick it back and and return it, when a part comes in for the power mirrors (which was clearly disclosed prior to purchase. It just takes a few weeks for the part to come in). We didn’t finance so cannot speak on that process. But the warranty process was very low pressure compared to other dealers, which I appreciated! So glad we bought from heartland! Thank you guys!

Great. Smooth process with much done up front before arriving. Red and crew were great. In/ Out under 90 minutes and pleasant experience throughout. They truly understand the buying experience doesn’t need to be hours of misery. Props to F & I too, not pushy, but informative. We drove 40 minutes one way… completely worth it. Highly recommend.

Started out going ok. Got to finance dept. and the price went up with the ‘required’ service contract on the ‘as is’ vehicle. Smelled antifreeze, they blew it off as a smell from the service and the Auto S/S light was on. After a stressful 2 weeks of multiple calls and texts they finally agreed to replace the radiator and battery (5 stars for this). I purchased a vehicle I thought I would like. I hated it. Every day I hate it more and more. Spoke to the sales manager, he said he would do some figures and speak to the other mgr and call me back. A month later no call back. Since then, I’ve called many more times and left messages. Finally spoke to the other mgr (when I called from a different phone number) who promised the same thing. Still nothing. They got their money, now this customer is out of sight out of mind. Stuck with an overpriced vehicle that I hate. Don’t pride yourself on customer service when you lack greatly in it.

I must say, all the interactions I had with the employees from Heartland CDJR were nothing less than extraordinary! I had been searching for a specific vehicle, and I spotted it at Heartland - I called at 345p and had an appointment at 430p. I showed up fashionably late at 5p and Austin was understanding, and so professional to say the least.Austin allowed me to go through my phase of second-guessing myself for this "new to me" "more expensive" purchase. Austin suggested I take the Jeep for a spin - I couldn't resist. He was patient with me during our whole interaction time, including when I was silently talking myself out of this decision. ?I LOVED everything about the vehicle, the color, specs, etc. I informed Austin that this just might be an early midlife crisis situation, but I'm doing it. We had a good laugh about that. So, the process started.Brad in the Finance Department was just as excellent! Professional, answered all my questions, wasn't pushy, and most definitely explained in detail the warranty, gap coverage, etc (just about everything you'd expect when purchasing a new vehicle).Even after such a good experience, the only thing I'm giving a negative review about is that I didn't get "ducked" but it's okay; someone did duck the Jeep the following day. ?? (I'm positive Austin & Brad will get a laugh outta that one). *Peep the mini duck in attached photos*Thank you, Austin & Brad, for making my experience memorable and being so kind. Hopes to continuing business in the future!

Be very careful. I took them at their word and paid for it. Had an agreed-upon price with the sales Management verbally and then they started selling the car out from underneath me. The salesman I worked with was fantastic. I lost about $900 buying my mechanic a round-trip flight and hotel room bundle that I now found out was non refundable. Just be very careful. Don't trust that they have any integrity, don't waste any money until you have everything in writing and please don't make the same mistake I did.

We found a used truck we liked online and had just started our search. Heartland was our first and LAST stop. Cody was our salesman and he was great! There wasn't any pressure to buy and if we asked a question he was upfront with answers and if he didn't know he found out quickly. Very polite and yet fun to joke with. Heartland met our trade-in price and we drove away happy. We highly recommend Heartland and Cody, it made our hour drive worth it.

Heartland takes advantage of their customers.I bought a used Jeep Wrangler from this dealership in January. One of my first questions to Hayden, my salesman, about the vehicle was, “has this car been in an accident?” The response I received was, “I don’t know but I will find out for you.” Well, everything was explained that initial question was side stepped, and as I was signing papers I saw on the CarFax that it had indeed been in an accident.The salesman said I could buy a $3k insurance policy that “covers everything” for piece of mind. I accepted, the sale was completed, and I drove off with my Wrangler. I noticed it ran slightly rough but I’ve rode in Jeeps before and know they ride more rough that most vehicles.About a month ago I noticed the car was riding even more rough and noticed a grinding noise when it slowed down. I took it to my trusted garage for an oil change and asked my guys to look it over. They informed me that my rear axle was bent and back brakes were wearing uneven as a result. Cost for repair $2k.I then remembered my insurance policy and called Heartland service. I brought it in and Corey in the service department told me the rear axle was not bent… I gave him the garage number and they spoke with my mechanic and then said it was, in fact, bent. They also told me my insurance to cover the repair was denied.When I called Endurance to inquire as to why the claim was denied, they told me their insurance does not cover impact related claims. In other words, they sold me a policy that they knew would not cover any of my concerns. When I brought that up to Jared and Corey in the service department it became more difficult to speak to them.Then I received a call him Ken, the sales manager and was told they would refund me the amount of the insurance but the refund comes back to the loan and not to me to fix the car. Not only did they sell me a car with a bent axle, they knowingly sold me a bogus insurance policy, then make no effort to repair or make right the situation on THEIR end. This dealership lacks integrity and trust. If you are looking for a Jeep there are plenty of places to go where the dealership and employees take care of their customers and stand by the vehicles they sell.

Highly Recommend! Working with Cody was fantastic!
