  Very misleading thought I was getting my taxes done turns out it’s just a drop off did not know and was very confused at the end of our session she was very friendly and towards the end I was asking how much we were getting back she didn’t know I was confused and was like didn’t you just do our taxes she said I just sent everything into a person who will review within a week or so I did not know my wife didn’t know no one’s ever heard of that before there needs to be a sign explaining what this HR does I would’ve never done this but since it was already finished up what choice did I have. Was very frustrated there needs to be a sign saying that this is a drop off only office we don’t actually do your taxes same day I think somewhere it needs to be said even if you Google them it doesn’t explain what they do it says we prepare taxes doesn’t say that they don’t actually do it they send it to a professional so irritated

  The lady has no idea what she is doing. Ask you the same questions over and over. Told her I had a lot of papers she seemed like she's never seen papers before. No one is in the office it's drop-off only and scans only and someone calls you. Avoid and go somewhere else.
