Stopped by this location and was immediately taken care of, as if I was a long-time customer. Opened the account with NASB and immediately had issues unfortunately. There have been some complications but from what I can tell, this a personable, small-town branch. Nice!

I Love love this bank and I have been through a few and this is by far the best! The new thing I don't understand is why they have changed their hours through the week!? The drive-through used to be open until 6 pm and now it's 5 and on Saturdays they stayed open until 1 pm and now it's noon which is the reason why I loved them because they gave you that extra hour on Saturdays and of course their Amazing customer service!!

20 minutes in the drive thru. Hire more tellers. Not fair to them or the people you wish to have as customers.

Moved and left bank account open they have taken money out of my account every month for months for hidden fees (not overdraft fees either) hidden charges now they have taken enough out over the last year or so they are saying I owe them money for having an account. So now u get to drive 2hrs to sort something out that shouldn't be even happening during a pandemic 0 stars

Opened on time Saturday Easter weekend. Teller who waited on me was nice but the teller on the far left was rude.Bad experience all around.

Banks are boring. Except NASB! I visited recently to learn of new options for checking accounts and I was WOW'ed by excellent service! Surprisingly, I was listened to. Yes, treated like a real person - by a bank! The awesome Branch Manager personally wanted to understand my situation thoroughly. She listened well and thereafter expressed why certain options would benefit me. Of course, superior interest rates matter to me, but in today's world their bill pay, where they pay proactively, which keeps everyone from knowing my account information - this makes me feel safe! Actually listened to, and served. There's REAL value here.
