Buyer Beware. I ordered some tires on the website which are direct fit replacements for our Mazda CX9. I was told because these shipped to my house and no one ordered them for me Walmart was going to refused to put them on. During the call they kept trying to reference tire size 195/50R15 which were not even options for the 2021 model year. Our Grand Touring came factory with 255/50R20 tires...I've seen similar reviews online and it gives the impression that Wal-Mart will only put one what the computer tells them is the direct factory replacement. If that data is wrong they just refuse and give no logical explanation.I honestly don't care it took me all of 5 minute's to find someone that was more than happy to do the work, but I just want everyone to understand Wal-Mart Stores don't stand behind the tires they sell on their website if their is no option for installation at the time of purchase.Just be aware going in. I still got a smoking deal on these tires so overall I am happy with the product just not the service.Service: Tires

Decent price for a full synthetic oil change ($65) however it should have included a number of complimentary checks of the car and they simply lied and said they had done them (example: wrote 35psi for all tires on tire pressure check, and the tpms sensors said 40 or 39 psi for all of them.)

They were great and quick for my service. Veey professional. I went there for new tires. Got what I needed and they were on roll back. They offered lifetime rotation and replacement options.

Some of the rudest people I have ever encountered at any walmart, they argued with us about road hazzard on a tire that we paid for and told us we never paid for it. Then the man told me my tire was not fixable because the nail was to close to the sidewall (which it was certainly not) he was just trying to make us by a brand new tire. These people are completely useless. Again worst walmart experience I have ever had, and I will never shop here again!

I showed up without an appointment to get four new tires on my truck. I got line jumped a few times because appointments showed up. when they got to my truck it took about 30 minutes.Not bad on price either I think it was like 550 for four new LT tires Mount balance and protection plan

Walking in it was clean. The employees were fast to help me and explain anything I had questions with. I enjoy going there for little things that need to be fixed. I would suggest it for somebody who wants their tires are oil change and such done.

Loved it this time but last time I went..my oil plug was barely screwed back in and if I hadn't noticed all the oil l, my motor would have ended up locked up. This visit however was great..looked like new staff tho!

If u want covid 19 then go head and shop here no one likes to wear mask even staff they don't wipe down carts as they r brought back in from put side . Nope.me.and.my family well not be shopping here ever

E.S. Walmart employee, Pat, sneezed & blew her nose twice on a used kleenex that was in her pocket then began to scan my items. I politely asked her to sanitize her hands before scanning more, she acted "put out" at my request- as if we're NOT in a pandemic. She screamed out, "can someone find me some hand sanitizer this lady thinks I need to use it because I had to blow my nose." She didn't embarrass me as she intended, instead, she only brought more attention to the fact that she was putting her snot germs all over customers merchandise. I'm the one who had to find her hand sanitizer. What is wrong WALMART, do you allow employees to act like this? Do you care that she is risking people's lives? This is completely unacceptable behavior. We're in a pandemic! WASH YOUR HANDS (20 sec recommended) PLEASE DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING of someone else's without clean hands. BE CONSIDERATE, it's not too much to ask. Can you NOT jeopardize someone's life? Thanks, employee Wanda for wearing gloves & a mask and being helpful and kind. I think it would be beneficial if you could train other employees on the seriousness of this pandemic and quality customer service. SELF CHECK!
