The people that work either are great, just trying to make a living, but obviously the management needs to go back to collage. You can not sell and made a profit if it's not on the shelfs, plus get more then 3 cashiers. They have more people doing online picking then checking people out or stocking shelfs. I'll give it a 2 star, only for the real workers.

E.S. Walmart employee, Pat, sneezed & blew her nose twice on a used kleenex that was in her pocket then began to scan my items. I politely asked her to sanitize her hands before scanning more, she acted "put out" at my request- as if we're NOT in a pandemic. She screamed out, "can someone find me some hand sanitizer this lady thinks I need to use it because I had to blow my nose." She didn't embarrass me as she intended, instead, she only brought more attention to the fact that she was putting her snot germs all over customers merchandise. I'm the one who had to find her hand sanitizer. What is wrong WALMART, do you allow employees to act like this? Do you care that she is risking people's lives? This is completely unacceptable behavior. We're in a pandemic! WASH YOUR HANDS (20 sec recommended) PLEASE DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING of someone else's without clean hands. BE CONSIDERATE, it's not too much to ask. Can you NOT jeopardize someone's life? Thanks, employee Wanda for wearing gloves & a mask and being helpful and kind. I think it would be beneficial if you could train other employees on the seriousness of this pandemic and quality customer service. SELF CHECK!

A few weeks ago, I dropped off film for development while I was visiting the area from Folsom, CA. I stopped by the photo department a few days later on my way out of town. I spoke to Sonia and she informed me that the prints were not ready yet. This was a dilemma as we were on the way out of town. I discussed with Sonia what we could do and I tried to pay for the pics in advance but the price was not certain due to not knowing how many photos would be developed. She suggested that perhaps she could pay for the photos when they came in and mail them to me. I thought that was a good solution and I tried to give her cash to cover the cost of the pics and postage and she said that would not be allowed, which I understood. The deal was she would mail me the pics and she would give me the total of the pics and postage and I would send her a check to cover all cost. I got home and pics were waiting for me. Inside the envelope was a note that said, " Your photos came an hour after you left. No payment necessary. Hope you enjoyed the travels home. Pay it forward. I truly believe Sonia is a special person. She went the extra extra mile to help a customer. She was so kind and concerned about my situation and found a way to make it work. I believe Sonia deserves some recognition as an outstanding employee and citizen. Respectfully, Bob Trujillo
