Is this place even still in business? No one is ever there even though their window says "walk-ins". I have tried to call for an appointment on a few occasions but nobody answers the phone

Had an appointment for 1 o'clock, got there at 1230 and waited til after 1 and they never opened. Not sure what happened, could just be a mix-up. But I left with no haircuts.
