Have bought some items that seem to be of good value. Have shipped some items to me that were wrong. Discovered later they would not exchange for the correct parts needed for JD tractor. Item was still in brand new condition and original unopened packaging. They claimed it was past 30 days and claimed the packaging was dirty, which is completely untrue. It was stored inside from the time of receipt. Not even dusty. Drove 280 miles round trip to be rudely dealt with by a woman that we assume is possibly married to the owner. She was in charge that day. Had a very nasty disposition. They seem to have a negative attitude towards exchanges or being accountable for mistakes. Buyer beware!!!

I have bought some parts there before but when asking question about the installation of a drawbar for a 1952 johndeere m that needed to be replaced since the part didn't come from him he and his wife didn't want to answer or even help a me out. This is a poor way to treat a customer.

I ordered a set of .045 oversize John Deere 70 gas pistons complete with rings retaining clips and wrist pins. I got standard size diesel pistons without clips pins or rings. I called customer service and told them what I ordered. I was told "that is the biggest load of bill shot I've ever heard!" and "You can take that story and shove it up your a**** and was hung up on. I reported them to the better business bureau and haven't used them since. You are better off using Steiner Tractor Parts. I have never had problems with them.

On 12/13/16 I placed an online order for $515 plus shipping and tried to use the free shipping coupon they advertised on Facebook 2 days prior. Coupon was already expired although the post did not mention an expiration date.
I complained about that on Facebook and they promptly cancelled my order and refunded my money. Not so classy.
Luckily, there are plenty of other vintage parts suppliers who will be happy to take my business, like Steiner and SSB.
