TJ was beyond fantastic!!!
My husband had a slow leak and a shop told him it couldn’t be patched, and his tread was low. As our son rides with him daily, safety is our highest priority. It came at the same time, I realized, I also needed tires.
I had the pleasure of meeting TJ and the T&W team, back in April; they put tires on a couple of company vehicles, and he was friendly, personable and quick to get us in. With a level of customer service, that’s hard to come by, TJ and the T&W team were my first thoughts to get our vehicles outfitted with new tires.
TJ was diligent in finding the perfect tires, in our price range and has availability, the very next day. He kept me up to date when my car was finished, and when some concerns arose with my husband’s lug nuts.
