I had a straight talk phone that was trash I walked in with my family and the employee was there immediately. He was extremely polite and well mannered. He was knowledgeable and explained the whole process. I will go here again should I have further phone issues.

Farmington, MO Pleasant tech spent a lot of time and effort trying to trouble shoot and resurrect what turned out to be an internal phone problem. I confirmed this with Samsung the next day. I would recommend this store and plan to return.

Just needed to get a screen protector replacement and we were helped the second we walked in, and it was resolved quickly and the new screen protector came in two days. I am very happy.
