“Brian went above and beyond to get us back on the road as soon as possible, even rearranging his schedule to accommodate us. We were driving from Texas with a destination of Illinois when our alternator suddenly went down in Farmington, MO. He worked diligently to find us some cost savings with an alternator repair. We ended up needing a replacement and he installed it perfectly, and we have been up and running without any issues for weeks. Not only did he help us to get to our destination as quickly as possible to take care of a family member having a medical emergency, but has kept us running confidently. Flannigan's was reasonably priced and professional. Brian was kind and patient with our inquiries and ready to help. We feel blessed to have met an honest and friendly mechanic. Also I must mention that in a small town there does not seem to be many who are capable to work on a Mercedes, but Brian was more than qualified to take care of our technical issue. I don't recommend mechanics lightly, but I would strongly recommend Brian, without hesitation. Thanks again!!!”

“I was at Taco Bell today when my car wouldn’t start. After calling my brother for a jump, I contacted Interstate Batteries, and they told me to come right in.

“Eric, Nick and the installer were absolutely awesome. I was trying to get something done that they had not done before, a very difficult Tonneau cover (difficult install) and a roll cage installed on the T-Track of the tonneau. They made it work and did an outstanding job. I then wanted the aux switches in my truck to control the power actuator that required a 3 way switch. I bought some relays and wired them in to make that work myself, but my cable management is awful, so they fixed my rat nest of wire and made it look great. The entire time they communicated, followed through, and were honest in what limitations they had up front, but pushed those limitations to help me out. I couldn’t be more pleased with their work, professionalism, and commitment to achieving my vision for my new truck.”

“ATA-boy!! All service was done within the time and price given beforehand. Everyone says a dealer service cost soooo much more. I checked prices before I decided where to go and Aufenberg was was slightly cheaper than some other places and, they got me in within a week.”
“We had a gas leak on my car and it was shaking at idle. Went to my mechanix in Farmington, they told us they couldn’t fix it. It took them a week to say that.At KP, we brought it to them and they replaced the fuel pump, and something else. It runs good as new! No gas smell!”
“Called for appointment and got in same day. Customer service and mechanics are great. Resolved problem for a reasonable fee in a timely manner and no new problems popped up after visit (which happens other places sometimes). Highly recommend!”

“We were traveling through Farmington and had a minor issue with some of the Kia’s plastic under carriage shielding that had come loose after the dealer had performed a service and did not secure the plastic, it was dragging the ground and flapping. The Walmart Autocenter crew quickly and efficiently resolved our issue. The techs were courteous and professional. Big thanks to them for getting us on our way instead of being stuck an hour and a half from home.”

“Took my moms car here when her low tire light kept coming on. They found a nail in it. She had taken it to another big name shop and they just never had time to look. The guys here were pretty awesome. Super nice and answered questions that she had about her other vehicle and its brakes. She is a little excited to get the brakes done on her vehicle because the big shop told her there is nothing that can be done about the brown dust on her wheels. These guys said its just that they are using a cheap brake pad.”
