“EDITED , although i still had a poor experience, the bank manager did call me to try to make things right, and at least that says somthing, but by that time I had gone to the desloge branch and took care of it. We had to add my wife to the acount and jump through a bunch of hoops to deposit a check. I guess its just the nature of banks anymore. The staff as i have stated are always kind there and helpfull, and its just bank policies that are agitate me. Just a few years ago it was easier to do busines. I soupose there is no longer such thing as a small town bank where people know who you are anymore. This is why i have changed my review, because I guess in this world of big business and self interested companies this bank still is better then the alternatives, the like of BOA, or some other giant corporate banks.”
