The CVS store in Farmington is always clean and offers a large variety of merchandise. The staff is friendly, helpful, and respectful, providing excellent service. Customers appreciate the cheerful and intelligent environment created by the employees. A standout employee, named Amber, was especially helpful during a large purchase, carefully applying coupons and discounts with patience. However, some find the pharmacy hours inconvenient, as it closes at 1:30 pm for lunch, which has caused issues for customers needing medications. Additionally, delays in prescription delivery and limited options for specialty drugs have been frustrating for some. Overall, the store is well-maintained with great service, but pharmacy hours and delivery times could be improved.

No one ever answers when you call nor do they call back when requested via VM. Very poor customer service, especially with something as important as medication.
