We ordered from Dominos 3 times within days of each other during our time in Farmington, one of the days was Easter. We ordered online each time and 2 times we went to pick the order up, on Easter we had it delivered. The food was ready at the stated time, hot, and delicious.

I really like the Domino's tracker on the app !.it's usually right on time. Definitely quicker delivery than the other area pizza places. Also love that you can earn free pizzas and other items.

I was left sitting in the parking lot for over an hour waiting one a single pizza. Considering how slow the service is for a single pizza, I feel bad for people who order more than one thing. And for pickup? This is absolutely insane. We went to the pickup window to ask for information on the pizza after 50 minutes of waiting and we're told it would be another 15-20 minutes and they were just starting to make the pizza. I'm absolutely disgusted by the inability to be speedy.

Somebody that works in this establishment assaults their employees. Please investigate this matter and fire them or I will never step foot in this Domino's again. Nor will I recommend this place to any of my friends and family, as this establishment seems keen on this type of horrible behaviour towards their staff, and I will not be spending my money to encourage it.

We used to love going here until the manager told us we couldn't ask for extra on the parm bites, and he was very persistent about he couldn't let us get extra anything.

I worked a 12 hr shift Sunday night I was too tired to get fast food so I ordered a pizza and some other things like I always do I have ordered from here atleast 15 times since Ive lived here and an hour went by no food called the store they had a wrong number and couldn't find my house not trying to be a smart $$$ but your a delivery person how do you not know how to find a place never had an issue before person the phone didn't really seem to care so I will not be ordering Domino's again.

Will never order from this location again. Late delivery cold pizza, bacon on tots was burned. Overall horrible experience!!! 1 star is to many

Normally it's not that bad which is why it's not just one star, but after waiting over an hour after the tracker said it was out of the oven my dried hard cold pizza showed up. Do with that what you will but I'll no longer order delivery.

Ordered there pan pizza because I like a deep dish got it home to it being just flat was disappointing. But I did call the store and a very nice lady apologized for this and offered to remake it -which I did take her up on that- and even offered to have it delivered to me if I didn’t want to get back out. So yes I was disappointed but saved by great customer service and will enjoy the new pizza

I called in my order to be made around 6:30pm for pick up. Since I was out if town still working. And know I wouldn't be back till then, well it turned out I was wrong. And when I got there around 5:45. Asked if maybe they can go ahead and start it. They said sure. The Customer service was excellent and the food was amazing ? ? ?. I highly recommend this location.

I live .9 of a mile away from the Farmington dominos, placed the order on their app at 4:23, called the store to check on the order at 5:53 the guy told me it was in route, 30 min later still nothing, so when we called back the lady informed us we ordered off a hot spot location and they don’t deliver there? I asked what that meant since I used their app, added my address and description of my front porch, she said she didn’t know, so she replaced the order at 6:20. If they were unable to deliver the pizza shouldn’t they have called the number and contacted me, instead of sending me text updates on the order? Just a thought??? It’s 7 PM and I still don’t have the pizzas I ordered at 4:23. Looking at the previous reviews seems like this is a reoccurring issue. Thank God for Pizza Hut and Little Caesar’s, doesn’t look like Dominos is much of an option for Farmington anymore.

i ordered a small cheese pizza with cinnamon twists online to be delivered. it’s currently been an hour since i ordered, still in the ‘prep’ stage on the app. i called, was put on hold for 10 minutes before i finally hung up. i spent 23$ for this kind of service.
