Famous Footwear offers a good selection of shoes, but some customers find the prices a bit high compared to other stores. The staff is known for being helpful and friendly, with one employee especially praised for taking time with customers and providing excellent customer service. They are willing to assist with shoe choices and even help resolve issues, such as lost or misplaced shoes. Customers appreciate the rewards program, which offers added value. However, the selection of men's Converse shoes in sizes 11-13 is limited, though customers have been able to find affordable options with some effort. Overall, the store is appreciated for its helpful staff and good customer service, making it a pleasant place to shop despite some concerns about prices and selection.
Okay selection, staff don’t really help much until checkout. Only real shoe store in town so it’s hard to rate it much less without something else to compare it to.

The best customer service! Kind, caring and efficient. I’ve placed two orders over the phone and they have gone above and beyond to make sure the order goes smoothly.

Both associates were very helpful not just to me but other customers as well.
