Horrible customer service. These women have no desire to work, zero. They didn't want to be bothered. My guess is they are not working on commission.

Terrible experience so far. DO NOT USE THEIR FINANCING!!!!! Kay’s store does not offer any sort of assistance with their Kay’s card. I never received the card. The store easily looked up the card info and assisted in making the purchase. I received a paper bill in the mail. Still no card. Couldn’t log into the website so I had to go into the store to make a payment. I told them about never getting the card and they said the only option was for me to call customer service. I did and received someone that barely spoke broken English and all he wanted to do was take another payment from me. I told him that I had already made a payment in store and all I needed was assistance with my account. The man kept saying I needed to make another payment first. After repeating myself several times, I told the man to just make it so nobody could make anymore purchases on my account. Don’t bother sending me a card. Just lock the old one so nobody could fraudulently use it since it was never received. Apparently he took that as close my account and open a new one. Here it is a month later and now I don’t even get a paper bill in the mail and my only solution is to try to remember to drive into the store every month to make a payment in person. The ring is beautiful but the customer service is non existent once they’ve got your money.

I love the ring my husband bought from them but I have had a few problems with the store personnel getting things right. First I was charged for a cheaper band when I went in to pick out the set, I knew it was a mistake so I did the right thing and let them know. When I did this they managed to mess up my interest free financing. I spent months trying to get them to correct it but it never was corrected. We just paid off the ring so he would stop getting charged interest. The most recent thing was I went into another kay while on vacation to get my ring cleaned. The nice lady asked me if I wanted it inspected and I said it was just done in March but sure. She said it never showed as being inspected but she marked it for me. I have had this ring for two years and take it in every 6 months so I don't lose my lifetime warranty and they have never marked it. Thankfully none of my sones have went missing or they may not have replaced them since they never marked my inspections down.

Would recommend anyone for there services. I came in the other day because my mother lost her ring and jeremy and tonya genuinely cared about finding it and were very kind and respectful. The other local shop i checked was kinda rude and didn't compare. Highly recommend shopping here and i won't go anywhere else now.

I dropped my ring off to be resized and repaired. It has been about a month and I haven't recieved it back. They don't even call to keep you up to date. I got an email that the ring was damged more getting it back so they sent it off againwhen I called to see whats going on they said that they weren't happy with the work done and sent it back to get fixed. Pretending like the ring was not damged like what I seen in email. I am so mad. Wish I would have taken it somewhere else.
