Bought 4 backyard creations rockers 4/20/24. 2 started rusting on the bottom rails. It is a month out of warranty and nothing will be done with these. They were not cheap $196 a piece. Never been disappointed in Menards until today. Do not buy outdoor furniture here.

Normally have great experiences here. However my wife and I purchased a new
Mattress from here and got home to find a ton of bugs all inside the new plastic. Luckily we had not opened it our removed it from our truck. We promptly returned it and got our money back but did not receive one sorry, apology or ask if they could do anything to resolve this further. It was very odd and we will no longer shop here.

We recently ordered kitchen cabinets and countertops at the Farmington MO store. I can't find the words to say how helpful Ryan has been throughout the process. We installed the cabinets and had to make some minor adjustments. Because of this we weren't sure the cutout for the sink was in the right place. Ryan was extremely patient and professional helping us figure it out. Thanks Ryan ?

It is very unorganized on the aisle set ups. I hate having to park halfway across from the entrance, especially when it's raining and snowing.

Menard's has a great selection of many different things. Any home restoration projects, DIY projects, food, pet supplies and some furniture, automotive, appliances, lighting, paint supplies and a great selection of assorted candy & tools. I love this store!!

I called the other day and asked to speak to someone hardware, they did transfer me, and an older lady answered the phone. I asked her a question, and I know she heard me, but hung up on me. It actually sounded like she was in a bad mood, but still not right.

I have shopped at Menards for lots of items for my projects and for the most part been happy with the quality of the products until I purchased the master craft slip jamb doors. DO NOT!!! Buy master craft doors!!! They are built like crap!!! The reveal where the trim is attached to the jamb is not even. The jamb is inconsistent at the top of the doors and requires shaving the door to fit and operate properly with out rubbing on the jamb. Staples not fully set and requires setting them in leading to additional work to fill the staple holes.in my 25 years of working as a carpenter I have never come across a more poorly built door. Do not buy the master craft doors they are junk!!!
