If less than one star was possible, I would select it. I tried their home internet service on September 4. They told me no obligation. If you don’t like it, just bring the equipment back for a full refund. That’s exactly what happened. It didn’t work where I live, so I brought it back. I received a refund in about 5 days. Imagine my surprise when the monthly fee came out of my account 20 days later. I called T-Mobile and after waiting 30 minutes to ask for my money back I was told I would have to call the next day. So I did. I waited 24 hours and called. After holding 40 minutes I was told that I would get my money back in the next billing cycle around the end of October. What right do they have to take money out of my account and hold it for more than a month? They had no problem taking it! Service was terrible. Product was lousy, and they treat their customers like a terrible imposition. Without a doubt I would not even consider doing business with T-mobile if they gave their services away for free.

T mobile service is the best. I got scammed by Verizon, same phone cost double the money there. Verizon do not have as good coverage. T-mobile is more economical and better! Kelton and two Austins are very helpful!God bless!John 3:16

The Google Pixel 6 T-Mobile sold to me last year is defective! This phone is junk, too many issues to list.I have called T-Mobile, went into the store and no help.I paid for maintenance and that is useless!Don't buy it!T-Mobile wants me to spend more money to fix their issues! Sorry NO.T-Mobile should replace my phone at no cost to me because Pixel 6 is a defective product line.Just Google Pixel lawsuits and see all of the class action suits pending.I will be moving to a new carrier as soon as my contract is up!DON'T BUY GOOGLE PIXEL PHONES!ORT-MOBILE SERVICES!

It would be nice if people would answer the phone ? You can only leave a message which is not helpful to people that have special needs like my son that I can’t take everywhere on a whim. I don’t want to drive to town to ask them a question.. that’s definitely not considerate of the customers. Also the messages I have left with my phone number they never return the calls. I just don’t get it.. It’s basic customer service.
