I always feel rushed when I bring my dog, like they aren't really listening to my concerns. It also is difficult to get an appointment for issues that arise, like I don't want to wait a week when my dog is sick or injured.

Don't take your dogs here!!!! They are mostly specialized in Large animals like Horses. My tiny yorkie got hit by a car and shattered his back legs. They were going to PUT HIM DOWN without even attempting anything else. Thank god I got second opinion, took my dog to The Animal Medical Center of Parkhills right down the road instead. They got a cast on my boy and had to amputate one leg, but he was ALIVE and was walking perfectly fine with 3 legs.

I do not recommd this vet clinic to anyone. I found a pregnant stray that I had spayed at this clinic and they glued her incision closed and she had to go back to have surgery again and get stitches. Spent a total of $485 because they couldn't take care of her correctly in the first place. I'd rather take her stitches out myself than take her back there.

Pros: * Staff are nice * They provide knowledgeable options * Appointment fee is reasonable ($50 flat fee) Cons: * Scheduled my appointment for 10:30, arrived at 10:25. Did not see vet until 11:10 * Vet was not gentle with my cat. My cat responded accordingly (jerked and hissed), and Dr. Oberle (the co-owner) called him a "bad patient" * They did not have the allergy medicine my cat needed on hand * Vet was not nice to me or my cat Although my experience was not great, I rate this place 2 stars because the front staff were nice, and the vet reassured me he has 37 years of experience. The vet was aggressive with my cat. If you don't mind that, then this place is for you. However, I have a sensitive pet who responds well to gentle caregivers. Not ones who only rely on pulling the cat's tuff and using force to control them. In all, what was most disappointing was that Dr. Oberle had no regard for the psychology of the pet or the owner. Vets should be considerate of the pet and the owner. I will not be returning.

Personally, myself and my family have always had wonderful experiences here - with all of our pets my entire life (I'm 29 years old). we've always been helped with kindness, and the workers no matter which position...have always treated myself and others around me while there with dignity and respect, which is very rare (especially in these days). When we couldn't pay (15+ years ago..maybe more) for a kitten we tried saving, we found out quickly that it wasn't going to make it, and I was crushed - but we didn't have the money to pay for it to be put down. It was the middle of the night, and this amazing woman (I haven't seen her since, I assumed she was an angel disguised as a worker) approached me and took care of the cost herself. So, we went to a room and the amazing woman came in and explained how process works. she made sure to assure me there would be no pain, and she let me hold the kitten until she was gone. she didn't suffer, she just went to sleep peacefully and was no longer suffering. I was still bawling of course, but who wouldn't? Afterwards, clinic staff stepped in and helped what would've been the most traumatize experience of my life - so I will never have a negative thing to say about this place. The ladies who answer are always the kindest people, and our animals have always loved the staff as well! I highly recommend you give them a try, and give them a chance. At the end of the day, even if you had a bad experience and left a negative review, just remember we are all human and have bad days...it's never too late to give someone a second opportunity to show you who they really are. they might just surprise you! (& this goes for people in general as well, we need to treat people with kindness because you never know what someone is facing internally).

The staff and the Dr were all amazing. Thought we was going to have to put our Baby down. But the Dr. found a way for treatment. And we took our Baby home and she is doing great.

I never taking my dog here again! We've been going to this vet fir 5 years and I'm finding a new one. The veterinarians are ok but the office staff is horrible! They're all rude and also pretty darn lazy. They clearly don't like their jobs and take it out on the customers. I don't know how a place like this stays in business. All the women behind the desk ignored me. When one of them finally acknowledged me waiting, she told me I was in the wrong line. I was the only customer there! The woman who took my credit card payment was rude and surly. I hate this place and I will NEVER RETURN!

They are hands down the best vet clinic in the area. Our Doobin got sick and passed quickly and unexpectedly the other night. We were heartbroken and distraught but they were so nice to take him and provide cremation in the nicest fashion. The quickness, efficiency and heartfelt smallest touches made the process so much easier. The staff were so nice and empathetic about our situation. He was returned the very same day in beautiful packaging and I’d highly recommend them to anyone with fur family. Thank you!

I adore this veterinary clinic! I’ve had all three cats in for various things and the staff here has been nothing but sweet and caring toward my kitties! I cannot speak highly enough of this clinic!

It was time for the puppy to be fixed and during a pandemic. I scheduled the apt and they came to the car to take her in. They called to give me an update after the surgery and when I arrived to take her back home they brought her to the car and I paid over the phone. She was groggy from the anesthesia but the next day she was on her feet acting like nothing happened. No cone needed and only a small red line was on her stomach. They treated her great and couldn't be more satisfied.
