We called to order pizza and decided to go to the store and order instead of dealing with the ignorance of their automated system.
Thankfully we did because it quickly turned our stomach and changes our mind. We started to approach the kitchen area and witnessed the cook lucking food or sauce off of her gloved thumb and proceed to continue preparing the food in front of her. I am truly appalled and disgusted at the thought of how many times this has happened and to know she made direct eye contact with us and proceeded without a second thought shows just how unconcerned she was about what she just did.
Do better Casey's and I feel for anyone ordering food from this location.

We have always gotten a ham pizza with extra cheese. But now there is barely any ham on it and no extra cheese. Definitely not as good as it used to be to be. The boneless chicken wings are over breaded and over cooked. I’m done with Casey’s pizza. This has happened twice now. Casey’s in Fayette, Mo.

I never write reviews but I am fed up now. There are 2 things you expect at a convenient store, that is fuel and coffee. There is never any creamer in the dispenser and this time there was absolutely now packs of creamer. Then I go to the fridge to buy a jug of creamer like I have to do sometimes cause they don’t have any, but wait there wasn’t anything there. I love my morning coffee and only drink it with creamer. I then ask the cashier if there is any creamer in the store and she finds one type under the counter and said she had some dispenser creamer in the back if I wanted to wait. I am done giving this location a chance for the most simple thing to keep stocked.
And one last thing, cell phone policy needs to be enforced. I have on almost every occasion dealt with a cashier actively using snap chat or texting or looking at social media and listening to music while checking me out. Sometimes not even talking to me. It’s pathetic and terrible customer service.

Honestly 1 star is too nice - if I could give 0 I would. They never have change so I can never get fuel or anything from this location. The workers are rude. Last time we pulled up to get fuel we walk in and the manager is walking out leaving absolutely no workers there except one and he wouldn’t explain what was going on, just standing there. It’s just a joke and this location needs some serious help before they lose all of their customers.

The manager will constantly be fluctuating to the point where there are several mouths at a time where there is no manager. There is a lot of items that are actually stocked, but not sit out because the managers refuse any technique or feasible method to actually get that done. I.e. either there’s not enough cashiers because someone is stocking, or there’s not enough people stocking because they’re cashiering. When people say they’re not paid enough here. They mean as in some people are literally not paid at all. This is the leading factor in the turnout rate for the store.

Literally the worst Casey's I've ever walked into. The 4 slices of pizza looked 6 hours old. There was no other food available. The store was filthy and disorderly. I feel bad for the locals here because Casey's is a staple for a small Missouri town.

If you go to the store in morning before work. Instead of ringing you up, and letting go on with your day. You’ll walk in, and typically no one’s behind the counter, or they’re talking to a coworker, and what should’ve been a quick transaction. Will take 15 min adding all that time to your commute.Fast forward if you wanna call in an order for a pizza after work. You can’t do that they’ll tell you to use the app. Even if the app isn’t taking orders. This store is horribly ran. Wouldn’t typically complain. It’s gotten pretty ridiculous though. I’m

Frustrated by the lack of hours this store is open. We’re a college town and Casey’s has long been a favorite for grabbing a late pizza to get through an evening of studying. I understand it’s hard to have enough staff to work around the clock, but lately if you want to stop by right after work, they’re already closed at 5pm. That’s a problem.

Don't order food from herePlaced $150+ dinner order 4 hours prior to anticipated pick-up time to get a call an hour before food was supposed to be picked up to tell me order can't be filled and I can't get a refund until Monday. Unacceptable

Went in the store at 4:45 in the morning. when I went to pay I was informed by a very unpleasant lady behind the counter that I will have to wait till 5 before she could ring me up. She was hateful to the other gentleman in the store as well. Why would you have the doors unlocked for people to come in if you are going to make them wait till 5 to ring them up. Most unpleasant and unprofessional Casey I think I have ever been too.
