I absolutely love Exchange. I have multiple accounts and loans through this bank. The employees are very friendly and professional and they do a great job making sure you get what you need.

This is a very unprofessional bank, I have banked here for years and I dread every time that I have to go inside to take care of business. This is not a good bank, if I could I would have have moved from this bank a long time ago!!!

loan was paid off over a year ago i called and asked for couple lein releases, got the 2 on my trucks but not the one on the house loan, called and got transfered to cindy wells wich she refused to issue me one on the house loan, all she kept sayn is waiting for everything to clear.... the loan was paid off over a year ago, i have the loan history print out.... so after asking why they wont and waiting for what to clear cindy wells hung up on me.... now this is a loan officer at fayette mo exchange bank... very very unprofessional

A misunderstanding happened and I was told what I saw as I lie. Well when I arrived I wanted to close my account over it. A manager came to me and talked the situation out apologized and admitted it as an honest error. I kept my account because that's how that situation should've gone down.

We've had nothing but good experiences at Exchange Bank of Missouri! My husband and I both have had accounts here for over 12 years, and the customer service has always been exceptional. Our home loan, boat loan, and credit cards are all thru here as well, and we've never had any issues. Our loan officer, David Bounds, is the best! I feel like I can call him anytime, and ask him any questions. They have so many things to make banking easy for us, I feel like we bank at a big bank, not a small town bank!

My experience was very negative. The small town hick banker comes into lobby and loudly tells me why the mortgage loan we'd applied for was denied. This didn't seem very professional to me. I was highly pissed. My husband tried to deposit a payroll check of mine, only to be refused. I was then blocked from posting on their Facebook page. So I decided to send an email explaining my problem. Never got a reply. Although, a very hateful call from the bank manager was placed to my husband asking him to remove our money from the bank. Which we happily did. The unprofessional bank employees(manager included) should all lose their jobs. I will tell someone everyday about the horrible bank. If they lose customers or fail to get new ones, they own that!

When you aren't supposed to ask a teller a simple question about another person depositing a check into your account, without the bitchy broad from the office to run out and "reprimand" you... You know this bank sucks! The women act as if it's a personal pissing contest. Shaking my damn head. I knew I should have never given them a chance for my business. Bye.
