“Patsy is an amazing Store Manager. She’s always there rain/sleet/shine. Friendly knowledgeable etc. She’s maintained this shop and I believe her sister Charlotte did years ago too. They know what it takes to run a shop and keep everything coming and going perfectly. Sadly I wish they’d get Patsy some help. She seems to never get a lunch break from any of the staff at endless options. She’s running 100 miles an hour in that place yet I never see anyone else up there helping her run the ship. I feel like it’s almost illegal with what they are doing to that poor sweet old woman. If it was my mother or grandmother working and barely eating because poor higher ups I’d have already raised cane in there. Honestly shame on y’all for leaving her to herself and not making sure your staff is able to take lunches! Let alone the heavier items!!!! I’ve seen this woman move such heavy items all alone with no one around to help! If she ends up hurting herself due to no one else in there I’d hate to see someone get sued due to lack of help in a store. Only reason I’d rate this shop right now a 5 is because of Patsy and all the hard work SHE has put into this store. The dedication NO ONE ELSE has really put into it.”
