These good folks saved my bacon. After several calls to dealerships and auto parts stores - including a nearby Auto Zone who lamely said they couldn't install a battery in a 2019 Fusion - these folks took care of the install in 15 minutes. I'll be bringing my future parts needs to them.

The young man who helped us was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Whoever owns Advanced Auto would have been beaming with pride at the service he provided to my fiance and I.My only issue was a brake separator tool on the shelf was marked $16.99 but rang up $54.99.The young man immediately noticed the discrepancy and told us what was going on. He tried to put the listed price into the computer but the system wouldn't let him override the charge. We decided to go with a C-clamp instead.This gentleman was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and energetic; everything I would wish for in an employee if this were my business. Kudos to whoever hired him.There was a sweet young lady working too, and she was awesome as well, but the young man really put in a lot of effort.He was so great that when I complained of back pain he offered me a chair! This fella was perfect, I'm telling you. I couldn't have found fault with his service if I'd been trying.Unfortunately I can't recall his name. But this young man was an absolute gem!

I noticed a charge on my pay-pal account for a part that I did not pick up I was out of town and had no choice had to purchase the part from another part store because my truck was broke down. I went to the store where I had purchased the brake parts on line to tell the manager I did not need the part. The store manager told me that my account would not be charged since I did not pick up the part and she had placed the part back into inventory and in a couple of days my account would be credited back. I check my pay-pal account a few weeks later and indeed my account was charged. I called customer service and they recommended that I go to the store and talk to the manager. This time the same women (store manager) told me I was wrong and the part had been charged because I had picked it up. I ask to see a receipt with my signature then it became interesting she had a receipt but my signature wasn't on it. She insisted that I had pick up the part and became very rude with me. I called her a few choice names and she told me not to come to that store again. I called the customer service line again and they inform me that the part was not pick up and never should of been charged to my account. The rules are - you place an order on line and your account is not charged until you pick up & sign for the part. Anyway I got my refund. I feel this store needs to fire this store manager I own a business and we have spent thousands at this store. This is the letter I received from pay-pal We have approved your dispute on your PayPal Credit account based on the information we have receivi so far. We have credited $80.40 to your account along with any applicable interest and fees. Please note credit amount of $80.40 can be reversed if we receive information that shows no billing error occurred. V will notify you in writing if this occurs. The decision will be final after two billing statements. This does no change any contract or agreement that you have entered into with the merchant (s). If you have any questions, please let us know. We value your business and are here to help when you Us.

The youngest healthiest looking guy in there wants to sit on the stool behind the counter and point to what aisle you need, which is so helpful because I've never been in a store before and had NO idea how to find what aisle something would be on in a store. What would be more helpful is to ASSIST with assuring I have a correct part number so I could make sure I'm getting the right part. It's two times he's done this now so I go to O'Reilly's where they are helpful in making sure I'm not wasting my time and help me find the part I need and get out. I think it's called customer service. Not just sitting and pointing to what aisle something would be on.

My 19yo son was driving my car cross country when one of the ignition coils quit working causing major drivability problems. I called ahead, talked to Dylan and told him about the problem. When my son arrived, they figured out which coil it was and even provided the tools he need to replace it and the spark plug on the spot. Outstanding customer service! ????????

They need experience, not some friend of a friend of someone's dad that gets him a job. I needed a simple item. 2 foot of fuel line. Response from bearded delinquent male sitting behind the counter.. I'll have to look it up. Really? Initiative, obviously was not on the application or training. I don't understand how a business can be a business, when it is customer service applied for daily activities. Wow. Terrible customer service by the lady at the sales counter. Very short, abrupt and unprofessional. Just a bad attitude that kept getting worse. Ended up leaving to avoid further attitude.

On September 29 we went in to get a brake line fitting the young man at the counter was on his phone texting we told him what we were looking for. He looked up and pointed down an aisle went back to his phone. So we went across to Napa got good service ?
