Ridiculous loan underwriters! Don't waste your time! We've banked with them for 8+ years now, but will be leaving. On June 28th we applied for a small auto loan of just $10,000. Got a call the next day saying we were denied because of a bankruptcy from 8 years ago! We have worked hard to build our credit back up and my husband has a very good score (740). They asked for proof of our bankruptcy discharge which I provided, but then I was told the underwriters would not approve us until we had Experian fix his credit report to show it was discharged!! That is NOT a quick process still waiting and could take 30 days! They were just looking for a reason to deny the loan because they wouldn't make much money off us. I was promised a follow up call from the branch manager after the holiday and never received it. I gave 2 stars because customer service has been good in the past.

This bank double charges than acts like it was charged once. This company should be investigated by the attorney general office.

I've never had a bad experience with TCU . I moved to Pennsylvania and they helped me change everything over on the app . As far as address. I'll never change credit union these people are amazing and always super friendly

I have been with Together Credit Union and Eagle for a long time. I can call, go into the office or run through the drive up and never have a problem with customer service of any kind. No question is too hard to ask about finances and always the employees are helpful. I hope for a long relationship with us Together.

I’ve been a member for 28 years and this past weeks experience has been ridiculous. They applied credit card payments to the wrong account, reported the payments to the credit bureau as delinquent, reversed the payments after I questioned them, and now have the card locked and don’t know why. Their individual card services and customer service keep blaming each other as to why everything is happening. I’ve been on the phone for hours and physically at a branch once and I’m still having issues. I’ve never had a single issue until the recent card services switch and now my accounts are in a mess. If you have a credit card issued by the credit union and you use the credit unions bill pay you may want to make sure they applied your payments correctly. I was told you can no longer use the bill pay function because their credit card is now considered an independent account. The payments from February and March were in limbo. They removed the funds from my checking account and didn’t apply them to the balance. So they have deposited, removed, deposited, and removed the payments to and from my account in the last 48 hours and the card is still locked and nobody can tell me why. I’m still currently waiting on a response from a service representative I’ve been dealing with all week. I call card services and they don’t have an answer, I contact customer service and they take forever to respond. The time I’ve wasted trying to coordinate their departments to solve a problem they caused is getting obscene.

Since the changeover to new cards and the new operating system I can’t recommend TogetherCU. My credit card disappeared from my accounts when the new operating system was implemented. When I first called they said I didn’t have one. They finally found the account and have been telling me since then that they are working on it.

This Place has completely gone to crap since its became Together. Always the Last person in my company to have Pay Check Clear/ Atm sometimes doesn't open and then they make you feel like its your fault/ the App is Broken and Charge's will randomly appear and disappear so its became impossible to keep track of finances/ They lost my Insurance and of course its always your Fault with Together/ Making everyone Update the Debit Card With NO GRACE PERIOD Absolutely Stupid/ I Miss America Eagle and If I didn't have my Auto Loan with them I would be Gone Already. LOOK AT YOUR RATING TOGETHER!!!!

I have no idea where these other people have had issues. I've had none. If the ATM is broken, it happens at other banks and it's not the end of the world. COVID messed everything up and maybe they were on back order. Who knows.The ladies there have been VERY informative and helpful! I work late hours and I've never met anyone in person but they never hesitate to call me if something is wrong.I do the night drop and it's in my account earlier than their regular hours. One time it was late and I thought they were possibly closed, turned out they were short staffed and the lady apologized (which is not her fault at all) and got my check deposited within a minute.I've heard great things about this Credit Union and I'm glad my experience has reached farther than expected.I previously came from a bank and they didn't notify me with anything, and they charged me with sketchy fees that were never discussed.Glad I'm apart of this company and I'll be recommending everyone!

DO NOT GET A MORTGAGE HERE.Our loan was messed up from the get go, the loan officer informed us of a first time homebuyers program we qualified for, only to draw up the paperwork incorrectly several times. We had to push our closing date back because of the repeated issues on their end.Mr. Dickerson was both rude and unhelpful throughout this whole process. I wouldn't go back if you paid me. We switched lenders and had a new loan locked in within two days, and this one was correct. We now have our home and are extremely happy with guild mortgage.
