Terrible customer service.Not sure where to even begin with this place… as someone who has never wrote a bad review on an establishment in my 30 years of living this was one I just had to do.I have worked customer service since I was 16 years old. As has my best friend who experienced this with me.So here we go…We were treated very rude from the start, the main nail tech was mad Brooke had to use the bathroom & after choosing the “basic pedicure” it was all downhill from there. She started on Brooke’s pedicure and finished within 8 minutes. Brooke noticed that my nail tech used lotion, did a massage, used the hot towels. So she asked “hey does the basic usually come with hot towels and massage?” My nail tech mentioned it to Brooke’s (who was already working on another customers nails) that she didn’t do her massage.This woman hopped up out of her seat- started screaming at the top of her lungs at the two of us and saying to “roll the video footage back” we both were in shock by her response and complete disrespect. She continued screaming saying we should never come back that we are both so rude and have attitudes.It got worse once Brooke explained she didn’t think she should have to pay for a full pedicure when the lady essentially did a nail painting in less than 10 minutes.She responded by screaming across the salon that she had to work so hard on Brooke because she’s DIRTY. Brooke obviously responded “did you just call me dirty?” This woman said YES YOU ARE DIRTY YOU HAVE DIRTY FEET.The man who I’m assuming is the owner not only stood by as his nail tech was harassing us he chimed in and backed her up and screamed right along with her.She followed that up with charging over to the drying area to attempt to remove Brooke’s polish which was extremely unsuccessful.Long story short, we’re just two mamas wanting a relaxing pedicure and instead we experienced the worst customer service either of us ever have had. We both were shocked how they were so aggressive and yelling at us. Completely uncalled for.PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY ?

So upset.Hate leaving bad reviews but this was the worst experience. Went here with a friend on a Friday ( a very normal day to expect a nail place to be busy ) . We had appointments. They rushed the entire process, they changed my friends color without asking her if it was okay. They filed my nails with the electric blade and did not check to see if the sizes or shapes matched. One person rushed through both of our nails. A lady came in during our appointment and asked if someone could fix one of her nails and their response was “no were busy”. When they lady asked if I liked my nails, she quickly responded with “YES YOU LIKE THEM”. For a return customer who made an appointment ahead of time, we were very disappointed and wished that they just asked us to come in another day if they couldn’t handle the amount of walk-ins they accept d that day. My mom, sister and I got a pedicure here. we got there right when they opened and had an appointment. First, there was nothing placed in our water such salts or conditioners. They barely scrubbed our feet and all of our toe nails are unfiled and uneven. The polish is messed up, bubbly and missing in spots. We were done in less than 15 minutes. We will not be back. I thought it was a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. First time I had my nail done in 10 years.. They had a sign up that says not responsible for lost or stolen items. After the polish she told me to go to a table by the door. Well the salons I've been to always take your purse for you but my lady didn't so I did.. I messed up 3 of my nails. She got very aggravated and fixed the nails then she said No worry about purse. Well I'm sorry. But I do worry about my purse. Also she's at me at the table to air dry. I went to get nail fix. As soon as I said I them done at another salon they were rude. Repeatedly ask me questions about the other salon; how much I paid, how long it took, how many people work there.. when she was done I said that the mail was curved and she just ignored me. The first time I went to this salon it was fine. I came back a second time for a fill and the design started chipping 4 days after I had them done. So I asked if they could repair it, I also informed them that because I use a keyboard all day for work, maybe if we file down to a square shape that the design would last longer. She proceeded to tell me she would need to charge me $30 for that and would have to “soak” off the original set. As soon as I got in the chair there was a male technician he was very aggressive with my hands and burned me as well. He then said I was rude…when I pulled my hand back. I will never ever ever go back to this location again. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon. Just terrible.Services: Manicure

If i could give this salon 0 stars i would! me and my friend came in to get our toes done since i’m going on vaca and she needed a good pedicure as well. we sat down and the lady who did her nails was rushing a lot, my friend told her exactly how she wanted her nails to be cut and when she showed her how, she shoved her hand away telling her “this is better for you” then proceeded to paint her toes like a 5th grader and didn’t care about how it turned out. we paid and left very unsatisfied. then we came back in asking for a refund or anything and they turned us away telling us that we come in all the time and complain. we have only been here 2 times! i asked for her to look at the cameras and she proceeded to walk away. we came back in and asked for them to re do them and they did but very annoyed. i will never come here again!!!Service: Pedicure

I was looking for a new place to have nail service after moving to the area. I received a dip manicure. It is terrible. My nails are clumpy and big bumps, very misshaped. For nearly $100 for pedicure & new set of nails I expected much more! I will not return, now off to find someone to fix this.

Let me start by saying this, I have been coming to this place of business for over a year now because a friend recommended I come here. I instantly fell in love with the staff’s great customer service and the decor! My experience today was more than upsetting! I came 3 weeks ago to get a BRAND NEW set and paid $70 for all services provided (length, design and dip powder). Today I go in for a fill & two nail repairs. The tech, Mike tells me it will be $65! $65???!!! That makes no sense at all. Why would I pay just $5 difference than the coat of a new set??? I told Mike he can discontinue the service and I left. Now I’m out here hands looking like an entire struggle? For the price he wanted me to pay I should have just popped these 3 week old nails off & got a new set for $70! And they stood on the decision. Needless to say, I will not be returning! And I have always tipped generously! Sad!Service: Dip powder

On a Wednesday early afternoon and the spa was not busy. Pedicure was rushed. 25 minutes at the most and was $27. No lotion applied although description of basic pedicure includes it. Heels and cuticles still looked dry when finished. The lady asked whats wrong as she was taking my payment and I told her I was not satisfied with the service. She ignored me, ran my card and handed it back. I usually tip 20% or more but I was so disappointed I did not tip. I have NEVER not tipped.Service: Pedicures
