I Don't care if I'm instcart. Or DoorDash, when someone comes in and asks for help. And you tell me that you can't help me, but put me to the direction and when I'm over there looking for over 20 minutes and cannot find the item and no one would help me find the item and hear you talking about me. I don't very much appreciate that as manager u fail to have customer service when it comes to business. When it comes to any customer, you shouldn't treat me the same as you would treat a customer that is not doing instacart or DoorDash. Had to refund 2 of the items because you refuse to help me and other employees would not help me because of you.

It's OK if you don't want to buy anything made in the USA. Everything is from China, Vietnam, wherever. The only thing made in the USA are the snacks and drinks. It's an ok place to work but doesn't pay much. The workers are very nice, but corporate needs to treat their employees better and remember what it is like to be human and make a living.

Very rude cashier..was going to buy some cushions and the price went up at the register. Tried to explain what is was showing at the stall..cashier said take it or leave it...I left it!! Got the same cushions next door a big lots for 40 bucks less. Will never shop here again. A simple price check could have fixed this. Then the cashier followed us out the door to hang with friends out front. Not a manager in sight.

The store is great, they have a large selection. Would love to give 5 stars to the manager she was working hard and was helpful the cashier and person standing next to her well not so much I’ll leave it at that.
