Needed to cancel service due to a death requires a on duty manager. None at 2 locations I tried. A waste of my time dealing with such a poorly ran stores. Just a disgrace.

Gage was very helpful and patient with myself and my 3 kids. He helped to successfully secure my son's birthday present and he had a great attitude the whole time. It's always best to accomplish new things at a corporate store anyway.

Almost wish I'd stayed with t-mobile or went somewhere else. This store screwed up my trade-in and refused to help me when I realized. Customer service is trash, once they get your money. They will keep telling you to call Customer service for things they are at fault for.

AMER was awesome!!! He was very helpful, professional and informative. So glad we were helped by AMER.
His colleagues on the other hand... could use some retraining in customer service. Not really professional, kinda rude and unwelcoming.

BEWARE - I would highly recommend NOT working with Amer Alajbegovic. He will cheat and liar to anyone who he works with. He added a line on my plan without my knowledge and lied about it after the fact, said “he is saved me money”. Thankfully the other employee and manager were great to work with and resolved my issue, but it was a huge and unnecessary waste of my time.

Fenton store gets huge kudos!! I left the Arnold store absolutely frustrated with employee, Roy.
That didn’t scare these Fenton employees off one bit. lol. They swooped in to create a different experience. From the DOOR the environment is amazing. These employees like each other, they work together, they joke..the team is awesome.
I feel like I talked with every person in there at some point just because they work together to create touch points. They 100% made it right for me. Love my new phone. Thank you to the managers here! Definitely doing some things well.
And thanks to Gabe. Preciate you guys. ?
I’m working on switching my husband to an iPhone and when we do- I’ll be headed to Fenton!

She was friendly, quick, attentive and very knowledgeable the entire time, and also was able to help me save money on my bill.
