Well, to begin with, my sales rep lied to me about several things. I found this out after returning to the store based on my rep's false information. I had to pull teeth for 40 minutes with the managers on site that day in order to rectify the situation. I strongly recommend that AT&T customers record their conversations when in this store, as there seems to be a culture of dishonesty at this store. One star for the management's decision to do the right thing. Otherwise my rating would be zero stars.

Went into upgrade our phones, which is always a dreaded process for our family… Blake was absolutely amazing, super knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating… He was able to quickly get us set up and out the door. Best experience we’ve ever had with the process of upgrading our phones!

Went today to make some changes and additions to my plan. Edis was so helpful, knowledgeable, went above and beyond by calling stores and offering tips and advice. He made the whole experience so easy and much better than I anticipated. Other team members were nice too and the manager even went to another location to pick up a phone I wanted. Talk about great customer service!

Chris was very courteous and friendly. She informed us of all the current AT&T products and discounts. She saved us a little money on our DIRECTV stream service as well.

I had the pleasure of working with Stephen to set me up with a iPhone 14 from my previous iPhone 12. He was very friendly and super helpful and made the entire process very simple and easy to understand. I highly recommend Stephen based on his great customer service!

Stephen was very polite, professional, patient, and detail oriented. He gave us his card and I even was able to call him with a question once we'd left the store.On a weekend when I returned to complete a trade in, Stephen was not there. Jake was the manager on duty, in unprofessional dress. Unfortunately he provided inconsistent information in a condescending manner.

Racism and segregation at its best at this store.Unfortunately, I stopped by for a small service. At first, they asked me to wait until I got bored because it was busy. After a while, I came back this time and they asked me to sign in. I was the only one waiting. To my surprise, a couple came in and they had them sign in then an associate started taking care of them right away. I went to talk to the manager about the issue as I was there first and he stupidly told me that their issue is simple so they started with them first without even knowing what was my issue. When I pointed this out he claimed he knew my issue but how?! when I didn't tell you about it until after your act took place.It is obviously because I was not white enough for them, thinking that I can wait. I really will not come back to this place and will not use Att after this. It is not ok to be racist to minorities or to anyone in the world. As ridiculous as it sounds, cannot believe this happened, but I am leaving this for reference if you are a minority. Manager's name is Jake

Broke my screen on a Friday morning at work! Sat came in 3 times trying to get best info for decision to replace or upgrade! All 3 times I got quick service, good info and options to make best decision I could! I got a galaxy fold and couldn't be happier with it! Best phone ever and Fenton is best store and only one I go too!

Abby is one of the best reps I have experienced in any industry. She was kind, professional and extremely competent. The store manager was there to help and answer questions as well. He runs a incredible store. I left tmobile/sprint after 23 years and spectrum for internet.
