My mother which is 85 years old, cant remember things,can't walk very good and drives even less.the manager ,not very nice,WOULDN'T WRITE DOWN ON A PIECE OF PAPER WHAT SHE NEEDED TO FINISH OF THE PAPERWORK. HE HAS NO REGARDS FOR THE ELDERLY. Didn't even care about those facts. Is it so hard to show some compassion???

I went into this bank because my debit card was not working in the ATM, it said it was frozen due to fraud. There was a woman waiting at the door, she asked what was wrong I told her that my debit card wouldn't work and she said hold on one minute and had me wait. After 10 minutes she got a mortgage officer to help me. The mortgage servicer then told me that she couldn't change my telephone number in their system so I still couldn't get online to look at my account and that she did what she could do with the debit card and it should work now. I went to try to get money out of the ATM and the card still didn't work. I went back inside and told the mortgage servicer that it still isn't working. She then told me that it would take a few hours before it would work again but assured me that I wouldn't have any problems the next day using it. I explained that the next day was Saturday and they weren't open so if my card didn't work Saturday I wouldn't have any access at all to my money for the entire weekend and I couldn't have that. She assured me it would be fine on Saturday. It wasn't and I couldn't do anything I had planned for the weekend thanks to the employees at this bank. I was extremely busy so I couldn't make it into the bank until a week later but I was going to make a complaint against the mortgage servicer for blatantly lying about me being able to use my card. I asked to speak with the manager and the wan who let me at the door said she was the manager. I told her what had happened and she didn't even apologize and took me back to the same person who didn't help me the first time, i tried to work with the woman again but ended up closing both my checking and savings accounts due to those 2 particular employees. The bank manager and the mortgage servicer did absolutely nothing to help me an further more caused me to close both of my accounts. I will file a complaint with the corporate office and see if they care at all about their customers, but I'm sure it will end exactly how it ended at that bank, nothing at all will be taken care of. I will tell every single person I come in contact with jow BOA is the absolute worst bank I have ever used!

They would not accept my I.D. issued by the DMV. They do not accept government documents as proof of anything. The manager is a woke feminist who goes out of her way to hurt any male that walks through their doors. I will be doing everything in my power to get this bank shut down. 3 days before Thanksgiving and she wouldn't let me cash my check after 2 years of going there because of an official paper I.D from yhe DMV. Weird, because First State Bank knows my face and let me cash it without any I.D. To be clear, I have been going to Bank of America for 2+ years, I know everyone in there and they wouldn't let me cash my check because of a paper I.D. from the DMV because my wallet was stolen. I then went to my old bank First State Bank where they also know my face and cashed it without even providing my I.D. They open at 10am, super late, and I see them all standing inside laughing and talking while a line of me and a few senior citizens stand outside and freeze because they don't wanna open a couple minutes early and let us get warm. Screw this bank.

Service was friendly, fast and efficient. The line was moving at a reasonable pace, but despite that they brought in a 3rd teller. Quick and easy experience.

DON'T USE FOR BUSINESS ACCOUNTS!!!Once again, false information given, no accountability. I deposited a large check, asked when funds will be available (I run an event company and have to pay vendors constantly) was told the funds would be available the next day, NOW I'm told they will hold the funds for 11 days. I will be changing banks. Not worth having a business account if you can't use your money to run your business.

Bank of America. Witholding money that belonged to my deceased brother in law. My husband has jumped thru hoops to make sure he has all documents regarding his brothers death. The ESTATE UNIT with bank of America insist my husband does not have all the proper paperwork to close the account. My husband asks what is it that I need to get and there reply is they can not advise HIM on what he needs to properly close this account. How dare you take a dead man's money and put his brother thru more trauma then the sudden loss of his sibling. Third time my husband has tried to get answers. NOT TO MENTION the numerous hours of calling them. If it weren't a requirement to give at least one star I'd give you zero stars!I wouldn't recommend your business to anyone. EVER! SHAME ON BANK OF AMERICA!

Wish I saw the reviews before coming in this branch. They’re nice taking your money but when there’s an issue they don’t wanna solve it. After my problems are resolved I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Go in to the bank to send a wire and they can’t do it. They can’t get me in for an appointment to send a wire for three days. I have been with Bank of America for many years but I am done. The customer service especially at this branch is beyond pathetic. The gentleman says “well wiring money is a lengthy process”……..really?????? Do it all the time and it takes 5 minutes. Every time I go in this branch they seem like they are looking for any excuse to not service you.

I really like the system the Bank of America system is pretty great. This branch however is very difficult, it is very hard to take out larger sums of cash, and very inconvenient if you need to sit down and speak with someone.

I'm writing this review to commend La Donna L., Jonathan S., and the rest of the Staff at this Bank of America branch for their over-and-above efforts this morning through a challenging circumstance...After making an hour and a half drive, due to a recent move, to withdraw funds from my Primary Checking account, I discovered that Bank of America was having a rare, system-wide shut-down. You can imagine all of our collective frustration as we were unable to find basic information or complete simple transactions on our accounts. Realizing the importance of our visits, these folks worked incredibly hard to find solutions to help us.Several staff member immediately stepped-up their efforts to find solutions around my particular problem and took the EXTRA EFFORT to help me.I'm not writing this positive review because they figured a way to address my needs (because they did). I'm writing this commendation because they worked hard and did their best to take care of me (and others) when it wasn't required of them... Thank you La Donna, Johnathan, and Staff.

This is no longer a bank it is now an ATM with a business center. There are no tellers and if you don't have an appointment you will not get service. If you want an appointment you have to make it online at least a week in advance. We have had a business account with them for years, but they are no longer available for business needs.

Such a frustrating bank. Went there to withdrawal large amount of money. Under 10k. They said they didn’t have much money on hand and could only give me half of what I needed. What?!? The teller said that’s pretty common here. Uh ok. That’s a problem. So now I have to transfer money to my wife thru Zelle. But wait, you can only transfer so much so now we have to make 3 trips to the bank that holds our money just to get it. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me. Been with them for 11 years. So frustrating!!!

Bank of America is really going down the toilet! The Fenton branch is closed today. I had work in progress with one of the bankers. No one else has followed up. Very BAD way of doing business!Response to BOA:If you really want to "hear more about my experience" you have my phone number. I haven't heard from you in the week since I initially wrote the above review. The truth is, you really don't want to hear about anything that needs improvement.
