This was my first encounter with this place of business. I rented a U-Haul and dolly from them. Wow, I really was impressed by their friendliness, promptness, and organization. The process of picking up and returning the U-Haul was seamless. Unlike other locations, they don't charge an after hours drop off fee which really comes in handy. The U-Haul was very clean on the inside and well maintained.
When I walked into the establishment, I was in awe of all the award plaques they had hanging on the wall. For years they have been receiving awards for being some fantastic U-Haul service providers. They don't just offer this service but they also sell different auto supplies and some free snacks (lol).
I had reserved my U-Haul on a Sunday and was scheduled to pick it up at 12. They close at 12pm on Sunday's and it impressed me that they didn't grunt or moan about staying past 12 to make sure I received my reservation. I of course was on time to pick it up but the processes to get the keys took a few extra minutes.
I reserved the smaller of the moving trucks which didn't include a ramp. That was no big deal at all. I appreciated the fact that they offered all 3 sizes of trucks. I also rented the appliance dolly which was in great shape. I was moving a sofa sleeper from one location to another. At the time of picking up the truck, they had already loaded the dolly into the back of it for convenience. I can't say how well the dolly works because I ended up not needing to use it, but it seemed like it was strong and sturdy.
I will be using them again for future purposes.

Do not rent U-Haul from them. They will mess up reservation charge more and you’ll have to call U-Haul to fix. And ontop of that they never tell U-Haul you returned equipment as well.

I have rented U-Haul trailers twice through Beiers. It definitely isn’t the prettiest U-Haul location but they provide by far the best service of all the U-Haul locations we have used and I would rather have the service any day.

Best place to rent a uhaul. They have all kinds. They will reserve them for you as well and do not charge for after hour drop offs. They have won uhaul top 10 dealer for 20 years straight!

I brought a man to Beiers to rent a u haul.Not much to say except that the woman behind the counter was polite.Both the man and the woman were elderly and the place seemed like the two of them had been running it for quite some time.But as they've gotten on in age.Theyve slowed down to their own pace and were content with where they were in life.

Such nice people! The best place to rent a U-Haul from. They hooked up our trailer for us and gave us tips on how to drive it. They are family oriented and the sweetest people I have ever met!
