I took my dog here after it was in a fight her leg had bite holes and her eye was cut open and they would not treat her because I didn't have the 800.00 dollars to pay.they would not let my make payment arrangement so I recommend you not take your animals here

We had to have our dog Charlie put down, and the staff were very sympathetic, patient and so very kind through the whole procedure. We appreciated all that they did for us. Ever since we first started going to them. They took good care of Charlie.

Dr Reiter is the most wonderful vet. He tells you like it is (which I appreciate) but is compassionate at the same time! Dr Wirt is amazing as well and is very knowledgeable and caring! The entire staff really cares about you and your pets. I wouldn't trust anywhere else with my babies. They took such good care of me and my cat before he passed away and I will forever be grateful. Thank you for always being there when we needed you and your kindness and compassion. It truly is appreciated!

We sadly had to visit Bentley AH for the first time yesterday due to my husband's cat needing to be put to sleep. They got us in same day and from the moment we walked in, every person we came across was kind and compassionate. Our girl, of course, was acting completely fine, though she's been struggling for months & we felt zero judgement with our difficult decision. My husband was (rightfully) completely shattered with how hard her transition went, and the technician gave him the biggest hug and was so kind, I wish we caught her name. We will definitely be back to establish care for our other pets!

It’s clear Dr. Wirt cares about animals. She was able to diagnose my pets issue within 5 minutes of seeing him, whereas a previous vet missed the diagnosis. She is not at all scared about big pets, as some vets are afraid of big pitbulls. This is definitely worth the drive out of the city!

Rude, incompetent, inconsiderate. Their attitudes (doctors and staff) are sketchy. The service is mediocre at best and highly profit oriented. It’s not about what is best for your pet, their main objective is how to get as much money as possible from the customers.

I should have red- flagged and walked out of this place after the first few minutes. I was not greeted by the doctor, had no idea who he was, but instead he walked in told his assistant “get this girl all the puppy information, she OBVIOUSLY needs a lot of education”. Now, I’m in my late 30’s have 2 kids and this is not my first puppy. He was upset that I said we didn’t need vaccines at this visit, that we had my pup’s first round the week prior by Petco. Apparently that is unacceptable in his eyes. He continued to talk down to me as his assistant stood in the background nodding and judging- telling me my dog was severely underweight and had an underbite that no one addressed (she was 12 weeks old and SURPRISINGLY you can’t do anything about an underbite anyways). Now, I would have called him out right on the spot, but I had my two young kids with me and I was trying to keep a straight face.We left, I asked for pricing on spaying my dog there, to which I was told she could not give me.We went to another vet clinic today to which I was told that my new pup was happy and healthy - no concerns. They handed me a quote on spaying as I walked out the door.I regret having to write such a terrible review, since the female doctor there was super sweet and informative at our cats visit the month prior.Avoid this place at all costs.

Looks clean but staff is bad. Staff needs customer care classes from a teacher well versed on the subject. Customers are the key to staying open. Thought I better mention that in case the owner forgot.

Horrible customer service. Told me if I didn't bring my dog in, that it was going to be my fault she died. It's been 4 years, she's still alive. Jacking the price up by 3. What the hell keeps you people still in business. Lower than a 3 in reviews. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

I should have read the reviews before I took my cat there. No need repeating how unprofessional this practice is. We wont bring up AGAIN how unethical this practice is. The confused teenager that took almost 10 minutes to answer the door when picking up my pet. The vet that screamed and argued with me, that all prices were quoted, that we were told up front that a same day appointment meant a emergency fee of $103 (we were not) She said she had it recorded, I'm waiting for this recording to be produced at this writing. She was willing to show me how to give fluids on another patient!!!!!! That could have been your pet she was willing to use as the test subject. I declined. I'd give zero stars if I could. Take your pet somewhere that listens, not dig your pockets dry.

A few weeks ago, my cat was assessed for a new goofball sized lump. The vet suspected mammary cancer. After struggling with the decision as to whether or not undergo surgery, my cat had surgery yesterday. The staff was absolutely outstanding. I am in the medical field and understand the implications of possible cancer and the trauma of surgery. The surgeon, Dr. Reiter, called me 5 different times to discuss progress and help walk through decisions. When I picked up my cat, the vet tech was thorough and compassionate. Bentley Animal Hospital is pricier than other veterinary clinics in our area, but it is worth it. I am still in shock and awe over the time that the employees spent with me and the absolutely fantastic and thoughtful care they gave my cat and myself.

Absolute joke of a vet. I took a new puppy in for his first appointment and it took well over an hour, cost $450 and they didn’t even give him any shots. I called Webster animal hospital and they charge $100 for the same services. Never going back.
