I put off replacing my phone, living with a cracked screen for over a month because of what I was dreading. The choice, cost, and transferring everything without losing valuable info along with the time it takes to switch over to the new phone. Jackie could not have been more patient and helpful!! I would give her 20 stars for customer service. She was so amazing and helpful! Jackie was so patient and helped with the whole process until the end! This turned out to be a successful smooth transition and I could not be more thankful for all her help and time! I highly recommend this Boost mobile store, mostly because of Jackie and all the time she took helping me with my decision and setting up my new phone! God bless you Jackie! You are amazing!!

Jackie who is an employee there is extremely unprofessional and rude. Said my wife should divorce me because I was cheap. Also talks too much about touchy subjects and is very pushy and will try to lie about promos to make you spend more. She said that this store doesn’t have to follow boost promotions because they are a franchise store. Would not shop here. Not to mention she wasted half an hour of my time because she put the wrong account number in. Absolutely the worst experience. Then to top it off starts crying and saying she’s going to get kicked out of her place and she needs people to buy accessories. Absolutely the worst place.
