Wish I could give 0 stars. Placed a big order online and some of the items didn’t fit. Carters charges $6 to return items by mail so I went to store and they claimed items were washed and wouldn’t accept them back. Terrible customer service. I will never buy Carters again.

prejudice location. Couldn’t shop comfortably. Will be making a complaint to BBB and corporate office.
