I’ve bought so many boots here. There are so many to chose from! They also have a huge selection of hats, clothes and accessories. The staff is super helpful too. They taught my daughter how to take care of her boots.

I was disappointed in the service. I had a few issues with the size. I had worn them maybe 2 hours and they would not exchange them. For a $300 pair of boots, I would have expected a little better service. The only thing I was offered is to spend more money on inserts.
I thought about it and changed to 1 star.

I received a defective pair of boots that were made with a twist to the leather on the back part of the left boot. The right boot was fine. When you look at them from the heels, you can clearly see the twist in the upward edge of the heel leather! It is off center!! They refused to give me back my shipping charges. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Not my fault they were made wrong, but I sure got stuck with the return charges!! There are better places to buy from....buyer beware!!!!!!!

Great selection of composite toe safety boots. Easy to find work boots that fit with the amount they have in stock. Also interestingly they have a great selection of motorcycling gear including boots, riding glasses and leather onsite too.

I forgot the gentleman's name that helped me, but I was the guy that brought like 3 different boots to the counter until I found the right, approved boot.
Great customer service. They have a HUGE inventory.

They dont have prices on there boots, u wont know the price till you check out,a worker told me $105, so i went to the register where i waited for the employee to get off the phone to tell me the price is $140, so the original guy came to register and denied saying the $105, i think they just make up numbers depending on the time of day.

They have plenty of boots and I'd say the prices are okay. Can't say it's the most welcoming feeling place to people that look like me. But I'm also not their target market. Could definitely do without the "we don't call the cops" gun sign at the front desk but... Whatever. You've been warned.

If you where boots of any kind, work, fashion, western, motorcycle, what ever - you need to stop by this place and pay homage to the Mecca of all boot stores.
I have been to Wall Drug, the rodeos out in Wyoming, store in Texas, Nevada, Colorado, Arkansas, hell even Texarkana, and still yet to see this many styles anywhere (this place is bigger than 2 of some stores) and boots stacked above your head.
Don't forget to check out the hats and other Western wear.
PROTIP: They have 2 sales a year on redwing work boots

Bought a pair of boots off of the clearance rack. I thought I was getting a good deal at 25% off, but after peeling off the tag, it appears they were once 25% cheaper before they put them on clearance.
Pretty disappointed that they would be doing this to their customers.
