I can't stand the fact that every time I buy from Wal-Mart. They ask me to see the receipt on the way out the door. It is harassment to ask your paying customers that just seen a case of Ice Mountain sitting by the carts on the way in the door that anyone could walk off with at anytime.. and the guy that was working was so rude to me. NO ONE wants to work anymore!

This Walmart offers a great variety of gluten free items, very important to me, at good prices and quality. I almost always find everything I'm looking for at this Walmart and the employees are super nice and helpful.

August 19 2024: Kudos to curbside pick up for taking groceries to the Kenworth tractor for my husband! I placed order on line in Dallas so he would have what he needed while working in Fenton. Five stars. Thank you boys!

I would like to see the greeters standing by the shopping carts breaking them apart and giving them to us as we enter. We dont have time to untangle those baby seat straps and even if we only came in for one item we now have a cart to fill up.

I went in for a few items and got a money order.
Went to the money service desk. There were 2 customers ahead of me 1 behind.
Come to find out the lady working was supposed to take her dinner break. She was supposed to leave after the 2 customers ahead of me were finished.
I understand working in retail is difficult, I used to work at WM, myself.
I was never told it was closed, and only after standing in the line for 10 minutes did I know she was supposed to be closed.
The worker proceeded to cash a check for a lady who had no ID, only a wrinkled up tattered SS card.. I heard her tell the lady it was against company policy. However, she would do it this time. She had to run the check no less than 4 times on 2 different registers.
This is how I know she was supposed to be closed.....
After she finished cashing that check, she went to the couple behind me and told them they were closed that I must have moved the barrier! REALLY? No, I didn't! There wasn't a barrier.
I sincerely would have gone on my way if I had known it was time for her break. As soon as I knew it was her break, I left her line.
The kicker is that she got rude with the customers behind me, who needed their check cashed. She just got out of the hospital from having a baby this morning. The baby came early, and they needed a few things. The father asked if anyone else in the store could cash or maybe pay at the manned registers with that check. She said no. I'm going to dinner and it's not my problem! Wow!! Just WOW!!
Like I said, I left. I'll get my MO later. She could have spent my time cashing their check. She also could have saved time not cashing a check they way she did, which was against company policy.

Edit: I appreciate the self check outs labeled for scan n go/spark driver. But it's not enforced. I have seen people with loaded carts using these self check outs.
I use scan and go. It makes my grocery shopping so much easier and faster. Self check ladies and gentlemen are always so nice.

It's wal mart. The staff is friendly unless you catch them when they aren't it's a great place for bargains. We all like to save some money!! Wish the 24 hour shopping would return. I miss my
3 am visits..

This is a better Walmart. Great handicapped parking and restrooms. Auto center is good. Pickup is across from the auto center in back.
