Visit was fast and easy to complete. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I had blood drawn and an injection, and Muriel (sp?) was efficient and skilled - it went so smoothly I didn’t even really notice the ‘sticks.’ Excellent job!

The staff no longer takes your info to register you - they expect you to use your OWN DEVICE to go to THEIR website and register yourself. If you ask to use their equipment, they treat you like it is a major inconvenience. NEWS FLASH - I don’t work for them. If I need to fill out the form, glad to do it. It is their job to get the info into their system in the appropriate format. The staff who treated me were WONDERFUL and were professional and efficient - front desk, not so much….

All in all, it was good experience staff was great great quick in and out for everything I had to get done. The only thing I would change is maybe do the blood pressure test before doing the lung capacity test

This go round i had to donate hair from my chest region. I was blown off when i asked for it to be shaved off in an area with tattoos so it didnt show so badly. It's summer and now I have a bald spot dead center in my chest. Not to mention the itch factor right where the seat belt crosses over my chest.
I walked in w/o an appointment. Iwas taken back within minutes. I was in and out quickly. They were clean, efficient and pleasant to interact with.

Was supposed to be a 1 stop shop. But had to go to Quest for blood work, and my PCP for updated physical b/c woman at front desk said they didn’t do physicals or blood work even though it was clearly written on the orders. It turned into a whole day ordeal to complete pre-employment requirements. Boo!

I didn’t have to wait long to be helped for a drug screening for a new job. However, the Nurse was rude and very unfriendly. I didn’t appreciate that.

You wait in their waiting room for what feels like an eternity. Then, once you get put into a room, the nurse comes and takes your blood pressure and talks to you for a couple of minutes and leaves. Then I wait in that little room for almost an hour before the doctor comes in, and the doctor never touches me, and she tells me that she doesn't see anything broken or damaged. Keep in mind, there are no X-Rays done at this point, and she hasn't even touched me. This place is ridiculous! If you come here for a workers compensation related injury, make sure you get a second opinion from your own doctor.
