Horrible customer service. Prescriptions called in over a week in advance aren’t filled yet. Drive thru is pointless because it’s closed 80% of the time. Won’t answer the phone period. You just sit on hold for hours. When asking about prescriptions like previously stated, that were sent in over a week in advance, and asking why it’s not filled, they just shrug at you without giving any sort of answer and brush you off to get to the next customer to disappoint them faster. Do not use this pharmacy. It needs to be shut down. People need some of their medicines for life saving purposes or mental health issues and they could not care any less about their customers.

Ever since CVS took over the pharmacy from Shop and Save it has been a mess. Takes forever to get prescription filled even if they are not out of it which happens a lot. My last trip they were digging through a laundry basket that was filled with presciptions just thrown in it to try and find mine. If you try to call forget it will make you use phone automated system or tell you to go online, if you select the option to talk to pharmacist they will not answer the phone. The pharmancy seems under staffed and overwhelmed.

This is the worst place to get your prescriptions filled, especially when you need one that is very important to have. Your prescription is delayed. Contact your doctor to speed things up repeatedly. So I contacted my doctor. Well low and behold my doctor sent it over a week ago. Then the pharmacist has the audacity to question the dose my doctor prescribed, asking me if I ever took it. This place is a joke. Do not go here if you need very important medications for your health. Nor do they answer there phone. Unfortunately, I can not give a zero rating.

Today in the drive thru there were 3-4 cars in line this was at 10:50 am on 12-27-2023.Waited about 15 minutes and line never moved then drove up pass everyone in line and their curtain was closed and there was no sign saying come inside.We dont know whats going on when sitting behind behind other cars in drive thru.This is the 2nd time in a week I have tried to get my medicine and the drive thru is closed some of us cant walk well and thats why we go to drive thru.Then I called pharmacy and it rang for 20 minutes before being answered and lady that answered was Jenna -- Genna and she goes on to tell me she's there by herself and doesn't let me finish talking and hangs up on me - why bother answering the phone if you aren't going to listen to the customer.CVS also didnt put in my records that I got the RSV vaccine same day I got my Flu shot on 11-17-2023 - went to my doctor today and she said only thing listed was the Flu shot.

This pharmacy is routinely out of medicine and ask you to wait days to fill your prescription. The staff doesn't seem to care about patient needs and will not extend themselves in the least to resolve any issues that arise. They are difficult to reach via phone and their drive up and in store operations provide mediocre service. I plan on moving my families prescription needs to another pharmacy and would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Rude won't answer the phone stand and look at you but won't offer to help until they're ready to. Go somewhere else

If you can go anywhere else I would . The people who run this pharmacy are rude and incompetent . I'm moving all my prescriptions to Walgreens
