Everyone at the pharmacy is always super nice and efficient. I know they are under staffed so yeah sometimes there is a line but they don’t skip a beat and always have a smile on their face.

This pharmacy would not honor the GoodRx price that was advertised online they just told me that product was not available but I got it at another pharmacy. I understand suppliers but I believe they just didn’t want to honor GoodRx claim boycott cvs in target fenton

I went to CVS to see if a prescription could be filled because they were having trouble with their new phone system. I got there at 1:20, forgetting that the pharmacy closes for lunch at 1:30. The women was so kind, and told me to wait for the prescription to be filled. It was filled quickly and the women was so friendly and nice even though I arrived at 1:20. CVS IN Fenton, MO is great! I always get the best service from them.

Customer service is terrible here. I had my prescription mailed and it seems it got lost. It seems once the prescription leaves CVS I am responsible to track it down with the post office. They won't do nothing until the post office tells them it's lost but they don't talk to the post office. So now I am short one refill on my script and it's too soon to order again on insurance. I really need this prescription. Time for a new pharmacy.

CVS in Gravois in Bluffs is always clean the restroom by the pharmacy is always clean. The staff is always so helpful and if you come and they’re working on you are your husband‘s medicine they’ll ask if you wanna wait five or 10 minutes to circle back around to pick up even more medicine, so you don’t have to make so many trips me and my husband are on a lot of medicine he is diabetic and I have COPD so the less trips I have to make out is better for me. The Pharmacy staff realizes that they get to know you and care for you and want what’s best for you Thank you go see the staff at CVS pharmacy in target in Gravois in Bluffs area

The thing is about cvs is they expect their pharmacists to do almost everything but be one. Customer care suffers and things go wrong. I went to this one a long time but issues didn't start happening until 2015. After all the years I went there they consistently never had enough of my medication. Always excuses and so many "I'm sorrys". Don't go to CVS if you can avoid them. If you can't then don't go here. They made me sorry.

I changed pharmacies and only use CVS now and the service is excellent! Kyle is always helpful and does a great job.
