I absolutely love Duke Medical Supplies. I have gone with a few companies to order my dads Ostomy supplies and it has ended on bad terms. Duke Medical is very personable and care about the needs of the patient. They go over and beyond with making sure my dad gets what he needs and even do overnight delivery if its what is needed at the time. The same two ladies answer the phone each and every time I call. Other companies you are just a number. Will never go with anyone else again.

Finally a company that gets it! I had a situation come up and my previous supplier was no help. An acquaintance had mentioned Duke Medical, so I gave them a call. The person answering the phone knew exactly how to help. Yes! My situation was quickly resolved and they earned a loyal customer. No hesitation in recommending this company and giving them the five stars they earned.

As the owner, I called to order Ostomy Equipment for one of our patients and the people who answered the phone were so mean and evil, as a Registered Nurse, I was SHOCKED at how rude they were! My suggestion is to never purchase anything from these truly nasty people!

Hello!I just wanted to give a shout out to this amazing company. I had been working with a prior company for four weeks and was at the end of my rope when my doctor recommended I call a company which referred me to Duke Medical Supply. WHAT A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!! Jennifer took my call and was an absolute DELIGHT to work with. Later, when I called back, I spoke with Shannon. I was nervous at first because I connected so easily with Jennifer, but Shannon was equally as amazing to work with.Switching the product my husband used couldn't have been a more grueling process until I contacted Duke.Thank you, Duke, for all that you do. I can't explain what a difference it made working with your team.

The 2 receptionists are absolutely abusive to patients. A patient to whom my Home Healthcare Company provides Nursing Services called this group & the air head receptionists told them "We won't help you" & HUNG UP! Jennifer, one of evil receptionists, knew that our patient was ALMOST OUT OF UROSTOMY BAGS. We are going to call the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services & FILE A FORMER COMPLAINT AGAINST THE COMPANY!!
