Looking for medical supplies needed for my son after his recent release from a long stay in the hospital, which he needed at home during his very long recuperation. This is the only place I could seem to find the most closest equal items to what he was using in the hospital. The time of delivery from time of order was quick and the order was accurate and as I expected. Will order again. Thanks.

Had been customer for yrs. Recently reordered product and rec'd email confirming order but short shipping due to back order from manufacturer. Received order but with wrong product. Per customer service Express discontinued carrying what I ordered so they took it up on themselves to substitute what they had on hand? Asked about approval to do so she replied never thought to do so?? Asked to speak mgr, held for 15 min then given different story about manufacturer discontinuing the item not them? Asked why no permission never got reply. Told product still active on Amazon, told " then order from them." Horrible attitudes and poor service especially for a medical supply house. Prior problems with back order, pricing errors, and miss-shops but wanted to buy from family business so stuck with them. Can't trust them if product needed for daily medical need. Sad treatment.

I placed an order with Express Medical. They sent me tracking information for my order. I tracked the package and it showed that my package had been delivered. It was nowhere to be found. I checked both my mailbox and my porch area for it. I then contacted customer service with Express Medical and they told me that I had to contact the postal service. I did contact which I did not get a resolution. Express Medical treated me as that I did not deserve any attention for my order was small compared to their other customers. Chris the customer representative that I spoke with made me feel it was my responsibility in finding my order. For all I know it may have been taken by a porch pirate. I have purchased from them in the past. This will be the last time I make a purchase from them. I will make future purchases from Allegro Medical.

CSR "Destiny" was not very customer-friendly upon calling; truly lacks a sense of humor. Apparently, you cannot set up autoship via their website. She didn't take kindly to my humor to "snap to it, this is the 21st century." Destiny was clear that she handled the autoship orders and this is the way she likes it. She remained silent when I suggested that web-based subscription capability would save her time. Anyway, after she informed me that they were out of stock, I went with another vendor we have dealt with - SimplyMedical.com - and at a much better price.

Great service and always prompt with delivery. There is one thing I would love to have available on their site. I would like a place to just put in the product number as I buy the same things all the time. It would make ordering simpler and much faster. Otherwise no complaints.

I would give a zero if I could. I didn't purchase an item or anything because I couldn't get past the rude person who answered the phone. I've never in my life experienced anyone being so rude on the phone. When someone calls your company inquiring about an item , or asking if you take insurance. There's no need to be rude! I work for a very big healthcare facility in the St. Louis area and there's no way I would answer the phone the way the lady did today. Thank you for showing me that I will never refer any of my patients , family or friends to you.......

I use urinary catheter leg-bags. When my catheter is changed, I am often given a bag to replace the one I had been using. These replacement bags are not as good (at least for me) as the ones I buy for myself. Finding a dozen of them at a great price on Express Medical was awesome. Delivery was quicker than "on time," and the package arrived undamaged. Kudos! I use other medical equipment and, next time I'm in the market, I'll check with ExMed first.
