I've had 2 excellent experiences at this location this past week. I was under a super tight printing deadline & Paul & his staff went above & beyond to help me work out some challenges. They were always friendly & helpful and I can't thank them enough! I am in the area for a national event & they made me SHINE!!!! Thanks so much!!!! 💜💜💜🎉🎉🎉

Love this store I stopped using the Post Office and use them exclusively. They are polite and caring and get my packages delivered without a issue

I can see why this place has at three star rating. Go in to get passport photos and of course camera is broken. Camera's been broken for a while. Just another case of how incompetent this world is becoming.

I frequent this location often and everyone is always helpful and they get the most effective way done. Sam helped me with my son's birthday invitations today and they were a hit with the class!

Sonya helped me. I'm in the process of getting ready to close on my first home. I had some very important information for closing documents that needed to be faxed asap. She was amazing and helped me throughout the entire process. It was truly a great experience, and being in the middle of the loan deal on my house. I'm filled with so many emotions trying to ensure a smooth transaction. Sonya definitely went above and beyond.Wishing you a Merry Christmas and happy healthy new year!

Sonya was rude, unpleasant, and unhelpful. Although she wasn't able to give any answers or help, she was definitely able to provide attitude in the process of getting nowhere.

They mess up every print job sent to them, lose the order, also print them on the wrong paper. Terrible service.

Usually the staff is friendly & helpful despite seeming overworked. Went to drop off a package on my way to work and doors were locked with no one there 15minutes after open hours. Sad to see what is likely another occurrence of a company preferring to hurt themselves in the long run instead of spending a little more for fair wages/more employees

Was closed more than an hour before the posted closing time. Super frustrating as I had packages that needed a scan today even if they didn't get picked up. Why post hours if you're not going to be open for them?

Never write complaints, but am compelled to on this one location.Only went here for printing because Office Max closed. I've had a job in printing/shipping before and can attest to how unprofessional they are. The main guy is extremely nosey about what you're printing and asks personal questions that are none of his business. Manager is rude, they lost my package and refused to give me my refund. Called customer service, they even said they were scamming me and to go back in there and get my money.

Rude and abrupt service. The clerk there seems he has an anxiety problem. Not going back to ship anything at this location.
