I have a Standard Poodle who loves going to her groomer, David, at Fenton Towne Clipper. The service has been excellent. The shop is small and clean. Parking is limited, but within feet of entrance. Staff is friendly. Need to plan in advance as grooming appointments are a couple weeks to a month out.

They always do a great job grooming my dad's dog! However, today when my dad called to drop off his pup, Michelle answered the phone. She wasn't friendly and wouldn't come get his dog the vehicle for him even after him explaining he currently has cancer. My das has 0 immunity right now and is not suppose to be in public. His WBC count is a 2!I'm really upset about the lack of empathy she had to do this small, kind gesture of just coming outside for him. I pray that you never have to go through this was a family member yourself.

Callled to make an appointment and they refused to take my dog because the haven’t seen him in a year. We take care of him and he is up to date on shots. We have been taking him there for a very long time. He is a good tempered 15 lbs English toy spaniel. Very disappointed.

My dog is afraid of other dogs. They take good care to keep her feeling safe. Service is great and very reasonable.

Our pup has been seeing folks at their location since she was a puppy. She is happy to go and enjoys the spoiling she gets from Amanda. So grateful to have found this wonderful hardworking group of folks.

They do an amazing job every time. My dog loves going there and is always happy to see David. He comes home wearing a cute bandana and smelling very nice. His nails are trimmed and his shedding is under control. I highly recommend this place.

Update to my situation. I had to have my dogs toe amputated last week because of it being cut too short at this groomer last August. Now I've spent more than $2,000 and costs still going up. I tried called the owner but she hung up on me. I highly recommend finding a nice person who truly cares about animals as well as people to groom your pets.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! The groomer clipped two of my dogs nails too short last August and I'm still dealing with the aftermath. Nails got infected and it's been a nightmare for going on 6 months now. We've lost countless hours of sleep, my dog is suffering, and spent $600 so far and not done yet. Owner gave me $50 back in August but is refusing to give any more help with the continuing costs. My dog never had any issues with his paws or nails until this happened and she is refusing to take responsibility for causing this on going problem. There are many groomers out there...be careful who you take your furry friends to.

Today I had a horrible experience that tramatized me , my daughter and my dog. I have a rescue that is skiddish around new people and today my daughter took him inside before I could get into the building as I am disabled. The newer to my dog groomer did some strange things that got my dog worked up. She put their own raggedy leash on him which caused him to be nervous. Then as I entered the door my dog was pulling against her a growling with his hair standing up. Before I could take him and show him it was ok, she bent down to pick him up and he bit her. Then after I was through the doorway they proceeded to tell me they would not take him. The groomer then stated that my dog jumped up three feet to bite her in the face. Clearly she forgot I was watching three feet away when this happened. I would have been ok with them rejecting him from the bite , or tell me to muzzle as I used to , and was told it was not necessary. I just cannot stand someone who will lie to make their point more dramatic. Bottom line if they do not know how to handle your dog when they get aggressive and you are there, imagine how it could be behind closed doors and you are not there.
